Go in the eveningaaa - Until the last minute I was undecided whether or not to go, but then I decided that it was worth spending the money on such an experience, as there must be a reason why it is among the most famous attractions in Barcelona. There are two come in both morning and evening, and I decided to enjoy the house at 9.30pm where they are also very nice to give you a glass of prosecco, making the atmosphere more welcoming. In the evening I think it's a whole other show, the breathtaking lights.

The best architecture of all - By far the coolest house to visit, it is all unbelievable, even the other works of Gaudí do not match this one. The house has an amazing tour with audio and a tablet that shows you everything as it would be when it functioned as home. I went the night, so the lighting was magnificent. I loved it all! I bought the ticket with the extra rooms but in the end I found unnecessary, the house itself was the coolest part really. But it's always quite full of tourists, you can't enjoy a room alone like the other houses. If you only have time for one house, go for one!

Gaudi experience - Unique & wonderful experience. We really enjoyed this. Felt like I was in Dr Seuss’s house. Would recommend

An amazing touching experience full of wonder and beauty - An amazing touching experience full of wonder and beauty, we got the audio guide about the children and their nanny which gave a great background to an amazing house without a straight line in it.

Highlight of Our Visit - Booked the tickets directly from the official website. Went for the Gold Package which seemed to give the best options.
Absolutely amazing building!
The VR/Audio guide was really good giving a nice mixture of fun and interesting information.
The place is really busy but you can just take your time and amble through each of the areas.
Lots of nice photo opportunities.
The rooftop is the highlight along with the VR room at the end.
Highly recommend including as part of your visit to Barcelona

A escapade with my grandson! - It was really nice but it was too crowdy and too hot during the visit. It looked incredibly in the night. I really like Gaudi!

Beautiful night tour but too crowded - We came one evening in August and are spread out with stars in our eyes. We took out a gold membership and were able to visit exclusive rooms with a mimosa at the Welcoming. The only negatives are the bulky tablet and not that useful and the world: sometimes we were so much in a room that we could barely circulate.

Extremely crowded, nothing like the images promoted online - We bought tickets for the night entry to the Casa to take part in the evening experience, which is sold, on their website, as 'a more delicate experience' and promotes itself as 'committed to autism'.
Upon joining the long queue (even though you book timed slot as part of getting tickets) I realised this was not going to be the lovely sensory experience that is sold online. In their photos, the looks like there is hardly anyone around. In reality, you are herded through in huge crowds, with hardly any space to turn around and completely crowded in. You are offered your free drink when you get up to the first floor but then have two rooms to neck it in - you are not allowed to take it upstairs with you (this is not communicated before you get to the stairs, though).
I spoke to a member of staff and expressed my shock that it was promoted as being autism friendly as, in my view, it was anything but. The crowds, the busy and loud spaces, the lack of communication about the drink... it was not what I was expecting, and the website completely mis-sells this experience. I'm writing this as a word of warning to those coming and expecting the peaceful experience promoted online.

A disappointing money machine -
Casa Battlo' is amazing and worth a visit, but I am deeply disappointed about the money machine that has become nowadays (I visited the first time 20 years ago): different ticket packages, expensive tickets, access to the rooftop upon payment, overcrowded, limited access to the original staircase (which was Gaudi's way to get you into the atmosphere of the house), even 20euros to get a picture of yourself from the balcony (they installed an external camera). The eclectic and magic atmosphere by Gaudi' is totally gone, it's no different than an artificial amusement park now
