Sailing with family in Barcelona ideal! - Very nice schooner ride through Barcelona, with very friendly staff and a comfortable boat. A nice detail the Aperol during the journey and the possibility of taking a professional photo souvenir. Ideal also for going with children. Highly recommended.

The boat ride was... - The boat ride was incredible! It was just what we needed after a long travel day. We got our Aperol spritz which hit the spot, but we never got our tapas. We asked but the guy on the boat didn’t seem to have any idea what we were talking about. However, in the description, it says that we should get a drink, which we got and tapas, which we didn’t get. So, nice boat ride, but we didn’t get everything we paid for. So disappointing for that part.

Pretty tour but wasnt much to it - The boat had music/radio playing but no one was playing live. The route was beautiful but no one explained what we were looking at or anything. Everyone got one cup of aperol spritz and that was it. No one came around to offer another round for free or for sale- i guess there was a bar downstairs but we were too nervous to climb down the stairs while the boat was moving. Pretty much just sat down in the same spot for 90 minutes and then got off. Boat was clean and left on time and returned on time!

Bad - I expected to cruise the harbour area but we just headed out to sea and hit some fairly rough weather resulting in both my husband and I feeling extremely ill.

Booking Issues - Booking through Viator there was non option to download the tickets. Tried from the email and the app and nothing worked. We got there early to try and resolve the issue and the first person who tried to help us held on to my phone for 15 minutes and couldn’t understand why the tickets weren’t downloading before just passing us along to someone who was not willing to help just kept saying “no” without even knowing what the issue was, asking us for our booking and confirmation number. It wasnt until we got upset considering that we bought the tickets a month ago and had confirmation on the app and email that finally they said “maybe we can check another way” finally acknowledged our last name and booking number and instantly was able to find us in the system and print our tickets. We were finally able to get on and were the last ones to board causing there to be no good seats left for us.

Good Luck getting refund - We canceled 24 hours in advance and still no response. Viator ask for review but doesn’t answer their phone to give me back my money.
