Trip to a fantastic place with a fantastic guide! - This was a fantastic trip, and Marcel was a fabulous guide who took pains to get us to the best spots, take us on fantastic walking tours along the way, and give us ample time on the water.

Private Tour of Costa Brava - After researching day trips from Barcelona, my husband and I decided on the private tour of Costa Brava with In Out Tours, and it was everything we hoped for and more! Our guide for the tour was Xavi, who was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and thoughtful. He offered us different options on how to customize our tour, and was flexible with adapting the tour to show us additional things that we were interested in seeing. He not only took us to the most special beaches in Costa Brava, but also shared his wealth of knowledge of the beaches, architecture, history, culture, and more! Our Costa Brava tour with Xavi was absolute perfection, and we couldn’t be more grateful to have had such a wonderful guide! This trip was unforgettable in the best way possible! Day Trip Through Costa Brava with Xavier - My wife and I’s private tour around Costa Brava was nothing short of phenomenal. Our guide Xavier (Xavi) is a true professional, exemplifying punctuality, knowledge and leadership while giving us complete control of how we wanted to spend our day. He was waiting for us early on our hotel pick up and drove us to our first destination with plenty of time, while providing our boat tickets. Throughout the ride he provided fun facts about Barcelona and the surrounding area, a true expert. The scenic boat ride left both my wife and I in awe. Upon arrival in Tossa de Mar, Xavi gave us great information of the area while giving us full control of what we wanted to do during the day. We decided to explore the incredibly preserved Medieval town and enjoy the beach for several hours. After our first stop, Xavi, being a pro of the area, drove us to multiple spots along the coastline that took our breath away. Along this drive he brought us to other absolutely magnificent beaches that we could fully enjoy. On our ride back Xavi had a few more stops in historic churches that filled us with lifelong memories. I would recommend Xavi to the fullest extent. His kind, sweet demeanor is both welcoming and trustworthy. My wife and I felt so comfortable and enriched with knowledge of the area throughout our day thanks to Xavi. WHAT A DAY! Book this trip! Worth every euro - Family of 4 with a 13 and 18 year old. Havi picked us up in a very nice vehicle right on time. We had spent many hot days in the cities and needed a break. He took us an hour to Lloret beach where we immediately boarded a ferry like boat. We stopped a couple times to collect passengers and once to see marine life in the glass bottom of the boat. However, the water is so clear you can actually see them better from up top. The scenery along the ride was so beautiful. We disembarked in Toss Del Mar and Havi was awaiting us. He pointed out the big points of interest and sent us off to explore on our own. We walked up to the castle and had a cocktail, rented loungers on the beach, had lunch and did a little shopping. We loaded up and headed to a second beach area with a couple stops along the way to take in the sights. The drive to the next stop was about 20 minutes and is very windy. They can change the itinerary if that would cause you issues. Luckily we don’t have that problem because the other beach was so amazing. It is this tiny spot where you swim between two cliffs. The kids loved climbing on the rocks and it was so beautiful. After an hour we headed back to Barcelona. Havi was so wonderful! Very warm and kind. We made a surprise stop at a monastery on the way back. He shared so much information about the entire area, the Catalonian people and was very engaging. My husband said it best that it was like we spent the day with our long lost Spanish Uncle. Pro tips: pack water shoes, don’t need passports, bring sunscreen and towels. We packed a change of clothes, but ended up just staying in bathing suits with cover ups for the day. We left at 8:30am and were back to hotel by 6:45pm. I know this is a pricier option, but you see an entirely new area and are not among a mass group like cattle.

Great Guide - David was a great guide, helpful and informative. He knew the area very well. Would probably retitle the tour to Beach Day in Costa Brava.

Great and beautiful trip. Great tour guide - Our tour guide made sure to give us the best experience. His name was Vicente. He knew his country well and gave us insightful information. He also let us visit the best destinations that suit our family. It was a wonderful experience and I encourage whoever is reading this to go for it. Everything I had seen today was beautiful. I got to experience the cultural aspects as well as the beach and cute boutiques.

The best arrangement of time that leads to the best usage of all the things that each & every one of us would be interes - It was great experience / very smart usage of the time & very well organized ..not exhausting & at the same time full of a different & variety of things to do & enjoy..unforgettable lovely experience..would love to repeat it again.

Vincent was the best tour guide ever! - The trip was beautiful but Vincent made it a personal experience I won’t forget. He told personal stories from his 40 years living in Spain plus his personal knowledge of history made the tour that much better. He was on time, professional, courteous and really customized the trip to how we wanted it. I highly recommend taking this tour and request Vincent!
