Rush and noise - We spent almost 70 euros per person expecting to enjoy a relaxing and professional experience, but it was the opposite. From the beginning of the massage, constant conversations and noises could be heard in the corridors. The situation was so annoying that my partner had to ask the masseuse to turn up the volume of the ambient music, as the noise was completely creeping into the room, and it was not even possible to stop listening. The facilities do not have adequate maintenance for the time of the building, they do not isolate anything, so every sound from the outside is heard with complete clarity. The experience was nothing relaxing, from the beginning everything feels in a hurry, and the options of aroma therapy seemed limited, far removed from what is expected in such a place. We're not coming back.

As soon as the massage started, we kept hearing the workers talking in the hallways, making noises and constantly banging. This lasted more than half of the massage, to the point that I had to ask the girl who was attending to me to turn up the volume of the ambient music, because you could hear absolutely everything. The doors are made of antique wood and do not insulate anything, so the noise completely creeps into the room. The most curious thing is that in the shower area there is a sign that says “Silence, please”, which is quite ironic after all the fuss there was. As I left, I discussed it with my partner and he confirmed that I had had exactly the same feeling. At reception I mentioned it too, but they told me that “all the girls were in the room”, which was not true, because the noises were constant during much of the massage. Honestly, for almost 70 euros that massage costs per person, one expects a relaxing and professional experience, and this was far from it. We're not coming back.

Worst massage experience in my life - Ordered a couples massage. Freezing cold in the massage room. Rude staff, no professionalism in massage or stretching. While the massage is being done, the masseurs are talking to each other in their own language. There was a lot of snoring. The experience was not good at all. I have had many Thai massages. I have never experienced feeling bad in my soul and body. I felt like I was being slighted.
