Milo was amazing and we... - Milo was amazing and we learned so much about the ingredients and process of making paella. Wonderful to have wine; sangria and non alcoholic drinks for the group. We had a fantastic time and the paella was delicious.

Tasty cooking class - Got to see the market and buy fresh seafood. Our chef Caco was full of helpful information and helped us prepare a delicious meal and was considerate of diners preferences. Wonderful experience

Excellent - Learned so much! Our chef, Andres, was fabulous. Knowledgeable and funny. We received some great tips while at the market and most of all during class. The tapas were delicious too.

The paella class was... - The paella class was great, and learned a great deal. Make sure you identify if you have allergies to shellfish.

Great paella cooking class! - I booked this last minute and was very pleased with the experience…exactly what I was hoping for and a good value compared to other cooking classes. We enjoyed a quick market tour and then headed to a separate kitchen where we snacked on tapas and learned how to make paella. We had separate stations so each person had an opportunity to work on a part of the paella cooking. Mya did an excellent job teaching us and the final paella tasted great! Glad I signed up for the experience. Afterwards we received a link to the paella/sangria recipes and an invite to stop at our starting point for a complimentary churros with chocolate.
