Must book! - Such a great activity! They take you to the market to get fresh seafood, and then back to the kitchen to cook! The chef, made the evening fun and comfortable for everyone. The food was so delicious and fun to make, the group we were with everyone was chatty. It was a really good experience one of our favorite so far!!

Fun class to make paella - Alejandro was great at explaining how the sea food was obtained at the farmer's market. We took the food back where Manny showed us how to prepare paella and we were able to help him as well. He provided the recipe after the dinner, although I doubt that we can make it up to his standards. An enjoyable cooking class; we would highly recommend it!

Fun, tasty and enjoyable - This was a fun time. Our chef Maia was just a delight. She was super organized, informative and very helpful. The food and Sangria was delicious (should have asked for sangria recipe) Highly recommend this for a change in pace

Too many cooks in the kitchen - Our chef was very nice, and I loved the apartment we were cooking in. The appetizers were delicious as well. However, there were too many people in this cooking class and not enough jobs for everyone so many people were left just sitting around while everyone else helped cook. Had the class size been smaller and more intimate, I think the class would have been a lot better.
