This is a great combo. Monserrat was... -
This is a great combo. Monserrat was amazing. It had snowed the night before so the roads were difficult to deal with but the bus driver knew what he was doing and performed perfectly. The views are outstanding. Then the tour at Sagrada Familia was great. cut the line was key. Tour guide was excellent and knowledgeable. But it was a bi-lingual tour so it took twice as long as it needed to be. Also if people took the option to go up to the tower the rest of the group basically waited. They showed us some other stuff that was less interesting during this time but went over it again briefly for the others when they returned from the tower. I would recommend that they do the tower after the tour was done so if people wanted more free time they could have it or if they were done they could leave while the tower portion took place.

It was a beautiful experience and is highly recommended - The views were amazing and we did get a lot of photos. Our tour guide was great and knowledgeable. However, we did not feel as if we had enough time to explore. We went on the 8 o’clock tour, and when we got there, the chapel was closed so we did not get to go in.

Montserrat Monastery was beautiful... -
Montserrat Monastery was beautiful. Great architecture, along with the murals, stained glass, and all that goes into these old cathedrals. The mountain views and walking paths provided an opportunity to appreciate the area and Monastery from multiple sites. We ended up passing on the Sagrada part of the tour.

The trip to Montserrat was fine... -
The trip to Montserrat was fine. Guide was nice and knowledgeable. However, having to wait over 2 hours between drop off back at Catalunya and then taking a metro to Sagrada was inconvenient. In addition, the Sagrada tour was given in both Spanish and English which meant one needed to stand through both explanations to get through the tour. The tour should be in only one language.

Abandoned and confused - This tour listing as its not what I thought I had purchased. To clarify you only get bused to and from to Monserat after your you dropped off no where near the Sagrada Familia nor it's meeting point. The itenerary you are emailed with voucher does not clarify this and the address listed on the itenerary is incorrect, later like an hour before you are emailed the correct address; 416 Carrer Mallorca and not 415 Carrer Mallorca. So not only is this all day tour misleading there is no clarification from tour guides or tour office till you question them. You are left feeling abandon and without support. If I would have known this was how the tour was going to be i would have planned accordingly and booked these tours separately.

Do not take the Montserrat Monastery and Sagrada Familia Tour - The guide for Montserrat Monastery was excellent and enjoyed the tour. What Viator doesn't tell you is the monastery tour starts at 8am, you see the monastery and then you are dropped off around 12ish and the Sagrada tour doesn't start until 3:30 so you need to figure out how to get to the next meeting place near the cathedral.... however the location they give that is a bar doesn't exist, the guide who we found after 39 minutes didn't have any identification, we walked around trying to find anyone who could tell us where to meet the guide, would not recommend that tour
