• Abadia de Montserrat - Upon arrival at 7:40 am, there will be a walk to the Abbey to explore Montserrat’s history. At 8:00 am, a visit to the Abbey and the Black Madonna will take place without waiting in line. From approximately 8:20 am, there will be an hour of free time to explore the Abbey, enjoy breakfast, or relax.

• Montana de Montserrat - At 9:40 am, there are three hiking options available. The first two options are guided, while the third is a self-guided, easy hike. All hikes conclude near fields of olive and almond trees, leading to a small town with amenities such as a coffee shop and supermarket.

  1. Guided hike: 7.67 km / 4.76 miles with an elevation gain of 230 m / 754 feet and a loss of 455 m / 1492 feet.
  2. Guided hike: 7 km / 4.34 miles with an elevation gain of 170 m / 557 feet and a loss of 395 m / 1295 feet.
  3. Self-guided hike: 4.6 km / 2.85 miles with an elevation gain of 23 m / 75 feet and a loss of 250 m / 820 feet.
     The hikes will take place on forest paths, avoiding stairs and paved surfaces.
     At 12:40 pm, the return journey to Barcelona will commence, with an expected arrival at 1:30 pm.
