Amazing staff and experience. Def should go if you visit Barcelona. Very good experience. - Great experience from the beginning. Great experience for families. Went with a group of 10 and was split into 2 groups of 5.

A must go for the brave ones - I was surprised how good and realistic this was! Even my 15 and 17 years old sons enjoyed it to the max. Do not miss it if you are in the city

Illusionated with fear - We were excited but also afraid. The girl at the entrance reassured us before we entered. Exciting experience and the truth all very good actors. Definitely a good experience

Awesome experience - This is probably one of the most awesome (and scary) things I have ever tried. This Horror museum is definietly worth a visit. Five stars from me ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Nice and funny - Definitely a very nice attraction, because I have never lived such an experience, but equally true that it is nothing more than the replication of many attractions of the same level in playgrounds.

Fun, however, the advertising is deceiving - While the experience itself was definitely fun and got a couple of good scares out of me, the advertisement seems quite deceiving. It isn't that different from many other horror rooms. The time it took to complete was around 15 minutes, which is shorter than expected, but that may be because of the group I was with (we managed to move quickly through the different rooms). If you decide to go and you are not easily scared, don't get your expectations too high up. If you decide to go find yourself a group of at least 4 people, I believe it makes the experience more fun.

Bad experience - The blonde girl and the makeup guy at the Welcoming invited us with their kind way to enter, we were a group of 7 adults and a girl, arrived at the cashier wanted to pay in cash and the girl who speaks Italian was very annoyed because she did not have the change, then one of us asked if in case fear had taken over she could get out and she replied badly that it was written as big as a house that in that case they would not return the money (but no one asked to be returned, just wanted to know if he could get out), I a rudeness so I rarely found it and in this case all 8 of us agreed that it was not appropriate to enter, just a person rejecting I feel sorry for the holder.

Do not book tickets if there is a chance you may need to cancel. - After buying tickets in July we emailed the company in August to advise we had changed our minds and would like a refund. After sending three emails they eventually replied asking for bank details. I provided this information but never heard back from them again, even after sending chaser emails a further four times. As they were not replying we decided to visit them while we were in Barcelona in the hope that we would get our refund if going in person. We were however advised that they could not refund us as only the owner was able to do so. But not to hold our breathes! Clearly this happens on a regular basis so please be certain that you will use your tickets, as you will not get your money back - even though they advertise that you can request a refund up to 24 hours before your start time. I would also mention that while we were at the venue we witnessed several people coming out complaining that it was a waste of money as it wasn’t scary and only lasted about 10 minutes.

Unfulfilled Service and No Customer Support - I’m very disappointed with the customer service. I paid for a video experience and never received anything, despite multiple attempts to contact you. No reply, no solution.
