Alfonso, the chef, who studied at the prestigious cooking school in Barcelona and has worked in various restaurants across the city, will share numerous secrets about this renowned dish. He will present the different ingredients to be used and explain the cooking process, guiding participants step by step.

The ingredients are selected for their exceptional quality and freshness. Meals will be served on the terrace, surrounded by lush plants, while enjoying the sunset.

At the conclusion of the experience, all participants will receive an email containing all the recipes.
