See a concert! Must do - We went to a concert in this venue, WOW! Highly recommend! Great way to experience a concert. I do regret not spending the extra money to sit in the lower section. We couldn't get the full effect of the architecture and finishes in our 'nose-bleed' seats. Also after concert, the ushers push you out the doors. We managed to snap a few pictures but not enough. This is a Must Do experience. My husband is not a fan of 'cultural music' but he loved it.

Essential - Visit to the Palau de la Musica Catalana. A stunning gem of Catalan modernism. It is advisable to attend a concert to feel all its essence and magic.

Stunning place - Palace of Catalan Music is a stunning building. It was built in the early 20th century in the typical Catalan modernist style. The outside of the building is just beautiful and you just have to stop to admire it. Inside it is absolutely breathtaking in its beauty. You can spend hours inside and still want to stay longer.

A Must See in Barcelona! - First, you should know this is an audio tour that you listen to from your phone. You download it with a code that is on your booking (four digits). There is no human involved. There is a person in the lobby and we just went up to them showing our ticket on our phone, near to the time our scheduled visit, they scanned it, and off you go up the stairs. If you want to see the pictures the audio is referring to then you should have earbuds or headphones so you can look at them while listening to the recording. If you have your phone up to your ear obviously you can't see them at the same time. There is also a 360 degree picture on one of the stops with music playing in the background, so headphones/earbuds would be best for that. Next, there is a great cafe there, that anyone can walk into off the street without tickets (also rest rooms). Also an outdoor area with tables/umbrellas outside the cafe. And the requisite gift shop, of course. The Palau itself is beautiful. The balcony is amazing (best pics if there isn't a tour group filling it!) The music hall itself is stunning! We were only able to go up to the top level (the audio tour includes the lower level, but it was blocked off). You can sit and take pics while you listen to your audio guide description. It is truly worth the price of admission to see it. Bonus when we were there, there was a pianist on stage playing so you could get a feel for the remarkable unamplified acoustic. We are very happy we did this and was able to see this architectural marvel!

A must see. - An amazing place to visit and in this city of many visual delights this visit is a must see. So very beautiful. With regard the tour, there were no instructions as to what you had to do. Don’t go to the ticket office if you have pre booked. They don’t want to know you. I was expecting a Vox system but no you use you phone. Challenging when your battery is running low from photo taking! Still I would recommend visiting this absolutely delightful creation in some form.

Nice but annoying - As impressively gorgeous as bored and ignorant the staff. Definitely worth seeing but unfortunately there is a negative experience. Sometimes there are small concerts by students of the music academy, but not mentioned on any website and none of the numerous employees say a word at the entrance. We asked, because music seemed to be closed off big concert hall and were waved with blank gaze monosyllabically still up through, you come like cattle in the pasture. It was quite empty, a morning out of season. Not really stressful. I've never seen such ignorant behaviour in a museum. Nevertheless, a visit- expensive

Just OK but Very Helpful Pleasant Staff - It just wasn't a whole lot to see here although the artitecture was beautiful. The staff was helpful. If you wanted to do this tour it would only take about an hour at the most not much more.

Nice place - It's too small. But the Catalans are a bit crazy very unsure of talking to some people because of their different seats of countries. Whereas the Latino doesn't even know. Always walks with good gesture and humility and affection

Beautiful architecture! - We opted for the audio guided tour and unfortunately, could not connect to the guidance. So we got none of the history of the building, which we had been looking forward to. The building itself was beautiful and being able to sit and appreciate this was great.
