A Must-Do in Barcelona - The Sagrada Familia tour was worth the price. We skipped the queues, enjoyed the best viewing spots, and received background context before entering. Amazin tourgide I highly recomend. - His tour was amazing. His explanations were full of passion for Gaudí’s life and how he perceived the lives of God and Jesus. He vividly described many details and stories that the Sagrada Família represents. Through his words, he brought to life one of the most magnificent architectural masterpieces ever created — La Sagrada Família by Gaudí.
He painted every story and detail with such emotion and imagery that we could almost see Gaudí himself working on the church, devoted to his faith and vision. When he described the final hours of Jesus’ life, his words were so powerful and vivid that tears started running down my face. Thank you again. I realy recomend it. Anja

Good. - By mistake I booked the tour in English and needed it in Spanish and although I measured accounts days before the visit and wrote several times to make the change I received no reply... it was my turn to do it in English, the guide was pleasant and indicated interesting data, however the people who went with me did not understand anything.

We feel cheated - The guide was not on time and not at the agreed place. When we found each other with the help of the office and were finally able to enter, we got a tour of max 20 min in a group of 15 people. After a few words of explanation about the pillars of the church and the facade of the main entrance, the tour was over. The guide indicated that without him we could still visit the church, the cripte ed, ecvter we were immediately admonished to leave the church.
Very expensive tickets for a very chaotic and very short experience.
We bought a 1.5 hour guided tour online for a small group. This felt like pure theft

Beware – Misleading Practices and False Promises by WE Tour Company - I strongly advise travelers to avoid WE Tour Company (World Experience). My experience was one of deception, misrepresentation, and complete lack of accountability.
I paid €1,198 on August 7 for a private Sagrada Família tour. The company assured me that everything would be “booked immediately” and that full payment was required up front because they secured all tickets right away. Weeks later, I was suddenly told that the Sagrada Família would not be available on our date due to an “unexpected event” and that agency tickets are “only released a few weeks in advance.”
That statement turned out to be completely false. I contacted the Sagrada Família directly, and they confirmed that tickets for October were released on August 7 — the exact day I paid — and that October 11 had been blocked from the start due to a closure. In other words, WE Tour Company could never have delivered the service they sold me.
Despite this, they held my money for nearly two months, repeatedly changed their story, and only refunded me after I confronted them with proof from the Basilica. Their follow-up emails were full of excuses and evasions, offering a mere €6.49 in “interest” and a “20% discount” on a future booking. Needless to say, I would never book with them again — even if they were the last tour operator in Spain.
This company’s conduct — taking full payment, failing to secure tickets, and providing false explanations — is misleading and unethical. Travelers deserve transparency and honesty, not manipulation and runarounds.
