Plan in advance to make it up a tower - I have been to this church three times now. Once in 1997 once in 2004 and recently in 2024 what an incredible experience to see the change as it is completed. We got audio guide with this tour and we were able to download the Guide and listen with our AirPods. We went up the passion power. I cannot imagine not going up one of the towers and seeing the fruit at eye level. Such an experience. Plan in advance and get access to the tower before it sells out. Also, you recommend arriving as early as possible. Our tickets were for 1045. I had purchased 930 but they reserve the right to change your entry by the time we got down from the tower. The church was incredibly filled with people. Much more enjoyable before going up the tower.

A great tour of La Sagrada Familia church! - Tour guide, Ignacio, was very knowledgeable, spoke English very well and gave us recommendations with regards to our free time in La Sagrada Familia which was great. Not Ignacio’s fault but the audio devices were not always working and during the tour we heard a lot of static.

Awesome! - I had orginally booked a tour in English but ended up with a combined group of people who were French. Our tour guide Oscar was AMAZING . He was able to switch back and forth between both languages with no issues. He is very knowledgeable, funny and kind. I HIGHLY recommend Oscar as a tour guide.

Very Nice Tour! - We so enjoyed our guided tour of Sagrada Famiia. Our guide supplied valuable information about site with enough time to reflect and process what we were seeing. The tour was prompt and moved along nicely with time at the end to spend time on our own. Highly recommend!

First time user of Viator - I first learned of Viator on a Viking Ocean/River Cruise Facebook page and have since found that a few friends have used them as well on European trips. We booked the Skip The Line tour of the Sagrada Familia and were pleased with the process. Viator provided good information as to meeting location, timing etc. Our guide Sarah was lively and informative. My only other comment re: this tour is that the ear pieces provided by the cathedral to hear Sarah were not very good and at times I struggled to hear her clearly.

Find a different your guide - The Sagrada Familia is an amazing structure and is a must-see when in Barcelona. Julia Travel is a sub-par agency and I would choose another for a guided tour. While their location is conveniently within steps of the Basilica, the office staff has zero training in hospitality (no eye contact, no greeting of guests). “No food or drink” signage, as they sit and their desks and eat breakfast. I guess why they also have a sign prohibiting taking photos of the employees? Bathrooms were dirty. Tour guide spoke limited, broken English.

Terrible microphone. - The Sagrada was beautiful but our tour guide didn’t keep the microphone near her mouth. Over 50% of the time we couldn’t understand what she was saying.

Terrible guide - We ordered an English guide and we got someone who we could not understand. He spoke English but his accent was so thick we struggled to understand him. This was true for over 8 people in our group!
