Girls Trip - Driver was very courteous and on time. Only one flaw; I would suggest having bottle water in hand for the customers. It was super hot that day. We disembarked the ship and waiting over two hours. My mistake with the time. We were very parched. We could not reenter the terminal. Just a suggestion for next time.

Transfer from Cruise Terminal to Airport - Great communication! Driver was late due to an accident but Xavier stayed in contact with us. Driver arrived and was able to get us to the airport. Very nice driver and clean vehicle with plenty of space. Smooth ride.

Barcelona Taxi to Hotel - Our driver was amazing and punctual and comminicated with us bery well. The main problem we had with the service was trying to get it set up. We don't think it was the company that had the issue. Mainly the person we went through to set up our ride did not understand what we wanted after repeating it to her several times.

Panic and Stress. The driver was a no show. - No service or worst service ever? How about both! The driver did not show to pick up my family from the hotel in Barcelona to take us to the cruise port. The phone number they gave did not work. No one could reach them. The solution offered by Viator? They’ll see if we can get a refund for the ride we did not get, and maybe taxi fare too. So panic ensued for us to find another way to hurry to the port. Thank goodness for taxis in Barcelona. But I cannot recommend a car service when they do not show or do not even call to say they will not show up. If you choose to book a car service in advance to take the stress out of traveling, do not choose to book with BCN Limousines.
