• 30 minutes is an estimation of flight duration. The important thing is the itinerary. Due to different wind conditions every day, flights can last from 18 to 25 minutes.
• Customers must arrive 30 minutes prior to flight time. If customers arrive late, it will be considered a noshow as we reserve the schedule for that specific customer.
• Passengers must arrive no later than 30 minutes before schedule. If coming from copacabana area, allow at least 1 hour to arrive at helipad due to heavy traffic
• Total Weight Limit of 360 kilos. That gives us an average of 120 kilos per person. Passengers over 150 kilos may not be able to fly if seatbelt does not fit.
