• Rio de Janeiro - Participants will gather at the designated meeting point and proceed to the trail’s starting location. The hike is gentle, taking about 30 minutes, and winds through parts of the Atlantic Forest to the mountain’s summit, which provides one of Rio’s most stunning vistas. The journey is leisurely and conducted at a comfortable pace.

Upon reaching the summit, at an altitude of 696 meters, there will be a spectacular view of Rio de Janeiro, showcasing the ocean, beaches, mountains, and lush areas in the southern and western zones. There will be opportunities to pause for reflection, photography, and an optional brief guided meditation.

After descending, the group will visit a secluded and special beach. Here, participants can swim, sunbathe, relax, or enjoy a game of altinha, a traditional beach activity popular among Rio locals.

The sequence of activities may be adjusted.

The trail is ideal for those with little or no hiking experience, as it does not demand significant physical fitness. Along the way, it is common to encounter birds and various plant species native to the Atlantic Forest.

Depending on weather conditions and with prior arrangement, the experience can be enhanced with hang gliding (hike and fly), adding an extra special touch to the trip.
