Good food; Great guide! - We had a group of 6 older adults, a few of whom have some difficulty walking long distances. There was more walking than we expected, but our guide, Candy, was wonderful! She was so accommodating and sweet to our friend. She even arranged a ride for him up the hill when the climb became too much for him. She sat and chatted with him until he was comfortable again, and then arranged transportation back to the cruise ship for all of us. We stopped at Amory Bakery for a pastry first, and then walked to Palm Court Gardens for lunch at The View. They served salt fish fritters with pineapple chutney and salad. It included fruit juice and a cookie fresh from the oven. Candy shared the history of the island with us and described the buildings and monuments as we walked. We were sorry to slow the pace of the tour for others, but Candy never made us feel like it was a problem, and was the absolute best guide ever! Everyone in our party had only good things to say about her! Thanks again, Candy, for turning what could have been a difficult situation into such a positive one for all of us!

Disappointed but… - We booked this tour for the food element. We went to the meeting point and could not find anyone. After a while the local policeman assisted and they tracked down the contact. When we saw him he advised the tour was cancelled. No attempt was made to contact us. The offered replacement bus tour which was good (but we had done much of it before on a previous visit. After the tour I requested a partial refund which has been processed.

Great bakery and restaurant overlooking the cruise dock and Nevis - Our guide was very nice young lady! However, unlike many of other food/walking tours that we have been on previously, this one only has two food stops: a bakery and a restaurant. Both places were excellent! It did not give as many details as I have had on other walking tours about the area. We basically strolled through town, went by an Anglican church, then walked along the water to a war memorial. Would have liked to hear more details regarding population size, etc about the people living there

Less Than Expected - Of all the food tours we’ve experienced across the U.S., Europe and the Caribbean, this one fell far short of expectations. The tour consisted of only two stops: a bakery, where we received a raisin cinnamon roll, and a second location that offered four codfish fritters with a very small salad. While the view and setting at the Palms Court restaurant and pool were stunning, they weren’t enough to justify the experience.
Although our guide, Kande, was very pleasant, she provided minimal information unless prompted with questions. For instance, we simply passed by St. Angelican Church without even stopping to read the sign, and a local market and street vendors were overlooked entirely, despite their potential for authentic food tastings.
Overall, the tour was a disappointment and not worth the time or cost.

Guide did not Show Up and No response at contact number - We arrived 15 minutes early at the designated meeting location for 1 030am departure. 15 minutes after the meeting time, and still no guide in sight, I tried to call the local contact number. No answer, and left a voice message. Also sent a text message and What’s Ap message to that number. No response. Tried to call the TA number but could not get through. There was no contact sent to me by the local guide before the tour, as the guide in Antigua had done. I saw an attempted facetime call from the local number at 145pm! I did not accept it as I would have had to pay high international call rates, and saw no reason to do so at that point. I requested a full refund from TA and they are processing it. Hopefully they will refund, but it not I will contest the charge on my credit card.

Unfortunately, we waited... - Unfortunately, we waited for 40 minutes for our tour guide and they did not show up. We were at the meeting place five minutes before the allotted time and I don’t know if we missed them or they just never showed up. We did contact via tour by phone then and I sent an email as well. We are awaiting a refund for our tickets. It was very disappointing.

Tour cancelled with no notice! - We scheduled this tour over a week before we arrived in St.Kitts. We were not notified that the tour was cancelled until after we messaged the tour operator when no one showed up to give the tour! Very poor communication when they charged us for it ahead of time but did not let us know the tour was cancelled!

Buyer Beware ... this tour operator will not show up and you have no way to reach them. - The guide never showed up nor did the company reach out to me. They did not give their phone #, you had to "chat " with them and they didn't reply for about 2 hours after tour time. And that was afterlife sent multiple chats to them and Viator. We've done many food walking tours around the world and this is the first time it's happened. But beware ... if they dont give their contact information, you are taking a chance. I still haven't gotten my refund yet from Viator, so let's hope that isn't another hassle.

Don’t book this - I booked this tour back in late 2024, it was advertised as a food tour stopping at a handful of local spots. The reviews raved about it, stating that they hit 4-5 places minimum, feeling stuffed when they left. I was not notified that this was no longer the tour they were providing in 2025. We arrived to find that there were only two stops, I thought I misheard because I know what I paid for. The first stop was a bakery where nothing looked appetizing and the pastries were stale. It was mentioned that we had “one more stop” and my husband and I decided it was a total waste of time and money, so we left before the second stop. I’ve reached out to Viator for a refund, but I’m warning other travelers to avoid this excursion. It’s a total waste. Just walk around on your own and try foods if you want a good experience
