An excellent way to see some highlights of Georgian Bath. - We really enjoyed our tour of Georgian Bath with Bob. He was both entertaining and informative and went into sufficient detail without being too heavy- ideal for a holiday walking tour. We were free to ask questions and if there was something Bob was uncertain of, he would freely admit that- who could know everything about a city like Bath? At one point he showed us a medieval path below us, running down to the river which ran alongside the ancient city walls! I never would have known it was there! We met a lovely couple from Australia and chatted with them as we went. The tour lasted way beyond our allotted two hours but I think that was mainly because we kept asking further questions! All in all, a really enjoyable afternoon!

Worth a history tour. - Rich history from Bob. I appreciate that he's conscious of inclusivity for everyone in the group and constant check in. He made history interesting to make it stick in my memory. He showed genuine discipline and professional conduct, never stopped to sit down or rest, we can't compare to his stamina all throughout the tour!

- Bath is a beautiful city and yes you can wander around it by yourself, but if you want to really “see” Bath do it with Bob. He is as witty as he is charming, full of knowledge of the history of Bath but never boring. You’ll see all the main attractions of Bath but also things you’d never find on your own. You obviously don’t go in to things like the Abbey or Jane Austens house but you learn about them and can go back and see those on your own. We 100% recommend Bob to you.

Just what I needed - I had some free time in Bath before catching a train. I'm so glad I booked the tour that morning rather than walking around myself. It was a gentle pace, lasting 2 hours and 10 minutes, with really interesting stories about the people who built and lived in Bath. At the same time, I was grateful that it was not overloaded with too much information. The tour has piqued my interest to learn more about Bath and its history. Seeing the sights and hearing the stories behind them, you can feel the love Bob has for Bath. I think because his focus was on the people behind the architecture as much as the buildings themselves, it was a refreshing tour that made Bath come alive for me. Now, I will look at Georgian architecture in my own city with a renewed interest. Big thanks to you, Bob.
