Spanning four atmospheric floors in a 300-year-old townhouse, Mary Shelley’s House of Frankenstein is an award-winning, multi-sensory visitor museum and escape room experience. Here, visitors are immersed in Shelley’s unconventional and tragic life, as well as the enduring legacy of her notorious creation.
Filled with unique artifacts, eerie soundtracks, custom scents, and special effects, the museum also showcases an 8-foot animatronic breathing creature, authentically recreated for the first time exactly as Mary Shelley described.
The House also includes two rooms dedicated to popular culture, an intimate screening room showing the first-ever Frankenstein film from 1910, and for the more daring visitor, a thrilling horror walkthrough experience in the basement!
