Very informative - Very well organised. Sangaran arrived well in advance and messaged me that he's on the way and also after he arrived. He was a safe driver and talked through other attractions as well on the way. Highly recommended!

Quick and easy trip to the Batu Caves - Efficient pick up from the hotel by the driver who took us straight to the caves and gave us an hour there before taking us back. Definitely made it a lot easier and quicker than taking public transport! Would recommend for those keen on seeing the sights but saving time.

There is no tour or... - There is no tour or guide. It's literally a taxi ride to the Caves that are free to enter and you look around. The driver waits for you and takes you back. No background information or anything about the cave or temple but still a good way of exploring it.

This should be labeled a taxi and not a tour - This is more of a pick up and drop off than a tour. Got left at the gate and given an hour to return. Not what I expected, got tot see the caves but would have liked a bit of context.

Take a grab - Take a grab to go there, it will be the same for half of the price! The driver was 1 hour late and do not tell anything about the place. In fact, it’s only an expensive drive to the caves.

Scam - It’s a total scam. They charged me around 310 MYR for a temple tour for 90 minutes with pick and drop off from the hotel. The driver picked us up from the hotel and dropped us near the gate, did not even bother to take us in the temple car park. Informed that this is not a guided tour. He told me that I had 90 minutes to look around on my own and should return to the spot outside the temple where he had parked. The walk to the temple stairs was almost 10 minutes from the car parking spot. There are lot of stairs and my daughter and wife were a bit slow to climb the stairs. We could not make it in time back to the car. The tour booking company person left a couple of messages on my phone that if we didn’t make it in time the driver would leave and that’s what exactly he did. We took a taxi back to the hotel for 45MYR. If I had taken my own taxi to the temple from hotel it would have cost similar amount. Total cost would have been around 90-95MYR which would have been completely hassle free. This was advertised as a tour which meant guided tour. But after the booking confirmation there was no mention of guided tour on the booking. What was the point of paying 3 times more to this company if this was not a guided tour. When I complained to the manager over the phone he became very aggressive and abusive. Please beware before booking any trip with them and clarify the terms and conditions.

Awful - This is not a tour this is a very expensive taxi which didn’t even drop you inside as they wouldn’t pay to park whilst they wait for you so had to cross a busy rd to access the batu caves!!
