Kimber was a fantastic guide - We had a great tour and Kimber was a safe driver who respected the road and the fact he had passengers onboard.
We enjoyed the Batu caves and the other religious/historic sites.
The only disappointing thing was that we really wanted to see the Mosque but due to the order of the tour we didn’t get to go in.
Kimber was an excellent guide .
Thank you

Kuala Lumpur tour with Ayyanar! - I had an absolutely amazing tour of Kuala Lumpur with Ayyanar as my guide! From start to finish, the experience was smooth, informative, and full of vibrant culture. I got picked up at my hotel in the morning, in a comfortable car with ai conditioning and water ready! it was raining and Ayyanar was prepared with umbrellas for the both of us. We started the day with a visit to the stunning Batu Caves, where Ayyanar shared fascinating insights into the history and significance of the site. Climbing the colorful steps was definitely a highlight!
Next, we visited the Thean Hou Temple, a beautiful and peaceful place with breathtaking views of the city. Ayyanar made sure to explain the temple's cultural importance and symbolism, which added so much depth to the visit.
Our stop at Masjid Negara (Malaysia’s National Mosque was equally impressive. Ayyanar was respectful and knowledgeable, helping us understand the mosque’s unique architecture and role in Malaysian society. I went on a friday and unfortunately it was closed to enter to the public due to it being a religious day for prayer, so keep in mind that on fridays you can admire the Mosque from the outside but not enter it, any other day you can!
One of the most memorable parts of the tour was the traditional fabric painting activity. Not only did we get to see the process up close, but we were also invited to try it ourselves. such a fun and creative experience!
We also explored the colorful streets of Little India and Chinatown, sampling delicious local snacks and learning about the rich blend of cultures that make up Kuala Lumpur.
At the end of the tour i got dropped off back at my hotel.
A detail i really appreciated is that Ayyanar gave me all the information but also left me time to explore the sights on my own, giving me the opportunity to admire these sites silently, in my own time, which i loved!
Ayyanar was the perfect guide warm, attentive, and passionate about his city, he speaks really good english aswell! I learned so much and left with a deeper appreciation for Malaysian culture. Highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting KL!
