Great fun for all - The Salzburg Salt Mines were fantastic, and Leopold made the tour unforgettable! He was both informative and hilarious, keeping everyone engaged while sharing the history of the Salzburg and the surrounding areas. Between the slides, the underground train, and Leopold’s humor, it was a highlight of our trip. Highly recommend!

Amazing!!! - Probably the best attraction in Salzburger area, done with my family who loved it. It takes 1.5 hours, it’s funny and well organised, the guide was interesting. It’s a mix of information about the mine and fun too, above all the two slides. Highly recommended!

Mines Maybe - This tour was actually a 3 star the slides were fun but this was compatible to Its a small world ride at Disney World. Give me the close proximity to the Eagles nest the 2 could have been combined and made the trip to the same location more barnacle. The Panorama Tour company is very organized and the guides and bus drivers are excellent 5 star all the way

Interesting and informative - We had a fun morning in the Salzburg mines. The translator machines didn't work unless you got super close to the meeting place with the guide. With 40+ people, it made it difficult in some of the rooms. People with disabilities or hip/knee/back issues should be aware you can't do the miner slides (this included my wife) but you can walk around the mine. A few extra minutes in each exhibit would have been appreciated (again due the size of the group, we didn't always get a chance to see everything before being ushered on).

The wonders of industry exposed. - Industrial processes are just, or more, creative than the arts. Come see the innovations that brought salt into our world.

Great tour but could use better communication from the tour provider - The tour of the salt mine itself was awesome. Our guide was wonderful and it was both informative and a lot of fun. The only negative was the organization both the tour provider who didn’t have our tickets in the system even though I had both electronic confirmation and electronic tickets. No one told us where to go so we were wandering around with the other people on the bus trying to figure it out and the lady at the front booth just looked at us when we asked. Then we were told we might have a different bus/driver on the way back but gave us no clue as to whom/what/where. They could do a better job with that.
