A great tour! - Marjorie our tour guide was very enthusiastic, friendly and knowledgeable. What made this tour good is that it felt very personable, rustic, and familiar. We did not have to do a lot of walking and it was a good mix of history, family lore, and rum!

My wife and I took an... - My wife and I took an Uber from the cruise ship port and enjoyed the personalized tour versus joining the cattle call of large cruise ship group. It was very relaxing and enjoyable to learn about the rum making process.

Great tour and even BETTER welcome drink! 🍹 - Coral was great! Very informative and energetic. The grounds of the rum distillery are beautiful and our complementary drink was delicious!!

10/10 Experience - Amazing afternoon at the Barrilito Distillery. The property is such a peaceful oasis. The history and the traditions are impressive to hear about. I toured there years ago before the official visitor’s center opened and was able to interact with the family rum makers. The tour is guided now, much more structured but also more interactive, however retains all of its authenticity. Our tour guide Valeria was very knowledgeable, a great person to get to know and a wonderful ambassador to the Distillery.

Splurge for the Rum Tasting Tour or Mixology Tour. - Rating a 5 for the Best Pina Coloda EVER - best cocktail EVER - at the bar. You get 1 token for 1 free drink. Get the Pina Colada! If you want to sample their rums, go on the other tours. Coco was our guide - lovely. Wish the gift shop sold smaller bottles of their rum. Opt for this tour over corpirate Bacardi - support local!

Even If You’re Not Into Rum, You’ll Enjoy This Tour - The Ron del Barrilito tour was a fantastic experience. The place is absolutely pristine and, unlike many other attractions, it wasn’t packed with crowds, making it all the more enjoyable.
Our guide was knowledgeable and passionate about the history of the distillery. It’s the oldest rum in Puerto Rico. It is truly impressive to walk past rows of barrels that had dates from decades ago.
The tasting was a great experience. We got to sample 4 different rums and get a better understanding of each one. We also received a token valid for a specialty drink or cocktail afterward. Just a heads-up: the drinks are strong, so make sure you’ve eaten beforehand!
All in all, a well-paced, informative, and enjoyable experience. Would 100% recommend if you’re in the area, or even if you’re not. Totally worth the trip.

El Mejor Ron en Puerto Rico! 🇵🇷 - Wow! What a great experience! Our tour guide, Marjorie was super knowledgeable, engaging, and made our tour both fun and informative. Aged in Spanish sherry casks, Ron del Barilito is to rum what hand crafted Sonoma county wine is to Gallo. An elevated experience that made me realize that I’d never really experienced rum before. We will only drink RDB from now on! Que rico ron de Puerto Rico 🇵🇷

You won't be disappointed! - This was the best tour of our vacation! We enjoyed hearing about the history. The smell of the barrels in storage was wonderful.
The cocktails we were served were delicious.We have a new appreciation for this rum and will definitely recommend this tour to everyone.
