Following this, Rodolphe pursued a career as a filmmaker focusing on historical subjects. He has directed four television documentaries about D-Day, which have been broadcast worldwide. This experience allowed him to interview over 200 eyewitnesses of the summer 1944 events, including 13 American veterans who landed on Omaha Beach.
