The journey begins at the Bayonne War Memorial, followed by a visit to Château Vieux, a fortress with Roman origins that has witnessed centuries of military history.

Next, the tour will visit Saint Mary’s Cathedral, renowned for its impressive Gothic architecture, stunning stained glass, and tranquil cloister. Afterward, enjoy a stroll along Rue Port Neuf, the “chocolate street,” where Sephardic Jews introduced cacao in the 18th century.
