Fun and delicious hands-on class - Super fun hands-on class where you make 21 filled chocolates (pralines) with fillings of your choice and 1-12 mondial (flat round chocolates with or without toppings). We enjoyed delicious homemade hot chocolate while we waited for the chocolates to set. Who knew there were so many steps to making chocolate! But they were delicious and worth the wait!

Cozy afternoon - I worked with my grandmother DE elg ENomen on the workshop and it was a very nice experience! We received EN a clear and fine explanation from Sandy, our instructor, so everything went smoothly. The number of participants was also perfect: enough to be fun, but not too many, so that there was enough attention for everyone. Definitely recommended!

Fun way to spend an afternoon - Was fun and interactive but would have been 5/5 had we not had so much sitting around. Perhaps to have filled that time with other making activities would have been better use of time.

If DE accompaniment speaks some words Dutch DAN this was super. - A very nice workshop. Thanks to the recipe we learned to bake very tasty waffles, but... do we really have to tolerate that there was no Dutch-speaking companion, another Dutch-speaking recipe? We're in Flanders anyway!

Anxiety provoking - We came into this experience with the hopes of having fun, instead we were met with a stressful, fast-paced class. For 30 minutes we stood around because our session was overbooked. Just because some participants booked the experience on a different website does not mean they should be excluded. The workshop definitely needs more than one instructor. Overwhelmed by the amount of people (13), she struggled to guide us through the steps, and the majority of the chocolates came out warped. If there had been even one more person to help the class would’ve been much more fun. In the end we came out of the workshop anxious and disappointed, far different than the amazing reviews we had seen.
