An awesome two ride with great food and drinks - Thoroughly enjoyed the ride, all of road on well maintained tarmac paths. Easy riding even for an old bloke like me! Bernard did a wonderful job of looking after us and keeping track of the bushfires in the state at the time so we had no need to worry. The wine tasting at Pennyweight winery just two clicks into the first day of the ride set the pace for the rest of the trip! Looking for an enjoyable two day adventure? This is it!

Fabulous from start to finish ! - The organisation of this trip from start to finish has been brilliant. We loved that we did not have to organise anything and could simply enjoy the breathtaking scenery ! The wineries chosen were top notch … as were the breakfast venues. A special mention to Bernard who so generously shared his knowledge of the region when he met us on Day 1 and also at the end. We are looking forward to another cycle adventure.

Weekend Getaways! - 3rd Time touring with Tour De Vines and each experience only gets better. Charles our tour guide was very insightful and had some wonderful stories to share of the region. Easy ride with e-bikes which made the trip so much more enjoyable as the body ages. Each of the wineries and eateries we stopped at were delicious. Definitely recommend doing this trip with a group of friends or riding solo, you will never be alone.

Do yourself a favour and go on this tour - I had the absolute best weekend ever - the tour was well run - the food - amazing - the places we stopped and stayed - our tour guide Liz was absolutely amazing - the group was fantastic and we had the best time ever!! We wished we could go on for a few more days, it was that good - the transport back to Beechworth with Annette was excellent and so was Annette - I absolutely loved it and will recommend this tour to everyone I see.

Great cycling trip - This is a fantastic cycling trip. We were independent but the support provided both prior to and during the trip was first class. The winery lunches were excellent as were our accommodations. Highly recoomended

Murray to Mountain in Autumn is the best cycle tour - We had the best guide in Liz who was ever-vigilant, ever-helpful and good company and knowledgeable to boot. The tour was well-organised, well-executed and the dry autumn weather and scenery the stuff of brochures. Thanks for a memorable and very happy weekend TdV.

An unforgettable experience - I had high expectations when I left. I was really looking forward to it. This trip exceeded those high expectations. Liz, our bike ride leader, was exceptional - friendly, knowledgeable, and such a lovely person ably supported by Annette, who made sure all our luggage & alcohol purchases arrived seamlessly. The choices of wineries, restaurants, and the pumpkin place were all excellent. The scenery was breathtaking. The small, intimate group of like-minded travellers also made for a wonderful weekend. Honestly, I couldn't highly recommend enough.

2 night self guided Murray to Mountain Bike tour from Beechworth - The two day self guided tour was a fantastic gift. Liz and Annette could not have been more helpful and very responsive to contact. The rail trail is a beautiful ride. we took our own hybrid bikes, but others used the e bikes supplied by Tour de Vines. The food and wine tasting stops were delicious as were our breakfasts. Living in the region, it was a fabulous opportunity to explore our own area in a different way. Will definitely reccommend.

Really a food and wine cycling tour - The trail is amazing and we passed through some gorgeous Victorian countryside. Our expert guide Damian managed our very strong personalities, kept us cycling together and took us to some wonderful wineries and beautiful food.

Needs to be better organized - My husband and I booked a self guided bike tour with another couple in Nov. I enjoyed the bike route past farms and rolling hills. It was spring and very green, although the rather cool temperatures took us by surprise. The bikes were adequate for a paved flat trail with low daily mileage. We requested upgraded accommodation which wasn’t clearly defined in the itinerary causing confusion regarding locations and access. The food at the suggested restaurants were all very good. We did take exception with one brew pub that outlined that pizza was included with the tour. Roast lamb dinner was the special of the day and priced less than the pizza. We all opted for the Lamb expecting the restaurant to swap out the dinner choice. They didn’t, so we paid for our meals and requested a credit back from Tour de Vines. It was not to be…….no substitute, only pizza. I feel this is a missed opportunity for good customer service and building relationships with clients regarding a $100 credit. Considering the cost of this tour I don’t feel we received organized good service and value. Liz and Bernard the shuttle drivers were great.
