Beijing South Railway Station-Confucius Temple-Kong Family Mansion-Kong Forest

Beijing South Railway Station - The driver will meet guests at their hotel lobby in the morning and provide a transfer to Beijing South Railway Station. Travelers will then embark on a 2-hour bullet train journey to Qufu City. The driver will assist in obtaining the train tickets (departure at 8:15 am).

Confucius Temple - Upon arrival in Qufu, guests will be greeted by their private tour guide and driver at the railway station, and proceed to the first destination, the Confucius Temple. This temple is a magnificent collection of buildings in the oriental style and is one of China’s three largest ancient architectural complexes, alongside the Summer Palace in Beijing and the Mountain Resort of Chengde.

Kong Mansion - Following the visit to the Confucius Temple, the tour continues to Kong Mansion, situated on the east side of the temple. The Kong Family Mansion was historically the residence of Confucius’ direct descendants in Qufu, the philosopher’s hometown in Shandong Province, China.

Kong Forest - After enjoying a local lunch, guests will be transferred to Kong Forest, the Cemetery of Confucius, which includes hundreds of tombs and gravesites. Confucius himself, some of his disciples, and many thousands of his descendants are interred here. After the tour, guests will be returned to their hotel in Qufu.

Mount Tai-Tai’an Railway Station-Beijing South Railway Station

Mount Tai - After breakfast, guests will meet their tour guide and driver at the hotel to travel to Mount Tai, approximately a 1.5-hour drive. Upon arrival, accompanied by the tour guide, guests will take a cable car from Heavenly Gate to the mountain’s summit, spending around 2 hours exploring, including a visit to the Jade Emperor Temple. The return journey involves a cable car ride down to the Mid Heavenly Gate and back to the mountain’s entrance.

Beijing South Railway Station - Upon arrival at Beijing South Railway Station, guests will be met by their driver, who will be holding a sign with their name, and will be transferred back to their hotel.
