Enjoy a leisurely hike on the wall for about 2 hours, and at the end, take the toboggan down. The Great Wall at Mutianyu, constructed and restored in the early Ming Dynasty (1368 - 1644), is one of the most renowned sections. Mutianyu is distinguished by the saying, “Out of all the Great Walls, Mutianyu stands apart.” Explore the ancient structure and learn about the history and facts that contribute to its fame. Beijing - Today, your tour guide will meet you at your Beijing hotel lobby at 8:00 am. Then, you will be escorted to Tiananmen Square first.

Tiananmen Square (Tiananmen Guangchang) - At Tiananmen Square, you can capture stunning photos of the Tiananmen Tower, Monument to People’s Heroes, and Memorial Hall of Chairman Mao. Tiananmen Square is located in the heart of Beijing City. Over the centuries, it has witnessed numerous historical events and gatherings. Today, it serves as a venue for grand celebrations, military parades, and welcoming ceremonies for foreign leaders. Additionally, visitors can admire the towering Monument to People’s Heroes and the solemn Memorial Hall of Chairman Mao on the square. Traditional Tiananmen Tower, Zhengyang Gate, and Qianmen Arrow Tower are also present there.

Forbidden City-The Palace Museum - Next, you will cross the Tiananmen Tower to visit the Forbidden City, where 24 emperors of the Ming and Qing dynasties (1368 - 1911) resided and managed national affairs. Serving as the imperial palace during the Ming and Qing dynasties, the Forbidden City is the largest and best-preserved ancient wooden complex in the world. The entire palace is divided into the Inner Court and Outer Court by the Palace of Heavenly Purity, with the outer section for emperors to conduct affairs and the inner section as the living quarters for the imperial family. The complex is also a vast museum with over one million national treasures on display.

Temple of Heaven - Then, visit the Temple of Heaven, the largest group of royal ceremonial buildings in China. In the past, emperors held annual sacrificial ceremonies here to worship heaven and pray for a good harvest. Now, it has evolved into a large park where you can also observe local people engaging in exercises and other recreational activities.

Beijing - Finally, you will be escorted back to your Beijing hotel.

Porcelain House - Your first stop will be the most striking building in Tianjin - the Porcelain House (China House), a private museum adorned with approximately 400 million pieces of ancient Chinese ceramic chips and over 13,000 ancient Chinese porcelain vases, plates, and bowls. Inside the house, you can view numerous artworks made from porcelain pieces, decorating the walls and ceilings.

Five Great Avenues - Next, proceed to the Five Great Avenues (Wudadao Area), which include Chengdu Dao, Munan Dao, Machang Dao, Dali Dao, and Chongqing Dao. Whether by carriage or on foot, you can admire over 2,000 beautiful examples of Italian, German, French, Spanish, and British architecture, mixed with old Chinese villas that showcase China’s modern history.

Ferris wheel, Eye of Tianjin - After lunch, visit the final attraction of the day - the Tianjin Eye, a 120-meter tall giant Ferris wheel built over the Haihe River. While not as famous as the London Eye, it is the only Ferris wheel in the world constructed on a bridge, offering an intriguing 30-minute ride in an air-conditioned car encircling the wheel.
