• Pearl Market (Hongqiao Market) - Next, guests will visit the Hongqiao Pearl Market. This market is a favorite shopping spot in Beijing, not because it’s relaxing, but because it offers everything one might want, such as antiques, jewelry, clothing, food, souvenirs, gifts, toys, shoes, and more. Visitors can enjoy tea tasting and bargaining, with assistance from the tour guide.

• Beiping Shengshi Roasted Duck Restaurant Guangming Brg Branch - Following the market visits, guests will savor a Peking Duck dinner, a quintessential Beijing experience. This dish has been prepared since the imperial era, roasted using fruit tree wood. The duck features a crispy, thin skin and tender meat, sliced in front of diners by the chef. Specially bred ducks are slaughtered after 65 days and seasoned before being roasted in a closed or hung oven. The meat is served with spring onion, cucumber, and sweet bean sauce, wrapped in pancakes. Sometimes pickled radish is included, and other sauces like hoisin sauce can be used.
