Forbidden City - The Palace Museum - Please be aware: Due to strict visitor limits at the Forbidden City each day, if tickets cannot be secured, the tour will instead visit Jingshan Park.
Begin the tour from your hotel within Beijing’s 2nd ring at around 7:00 am. Visit the significant site of the Forbidden City and a Chinese medicine center, followed by lunch at a local restaurant.
Note: The Forbidden City in Beijing has ticketing regulations that limit daily visitors. Tickets are released only 7 days in advance, so booking this tour within two days may result in unavailability of Forbidden City tickets.
Temple of Heaven - Next, explore the Temple of Heaven, the largest religious worship building in Beijing for the past 700 years.
Summer Palace (Yiheyuan) - Finally, enjoy the beautiful gardens of the Summer Palace and visit a pearl factory before returning to the hotel.
Ming Tomb and Badaling Great Wall
Ming Tombs (Ming Shishan Ling) - Depart from your hotel within Beijing’s 2nd ring road and head directly to the Ming Tombs, a collection of mausoleums built by Ming dynasty emperors in the 14th century. Then, visit a local Jade factory and have lunch at a nearby restaurant.
The Great Wall at Badaling - Proceed to the Badaling Great Wall, constructed during the Ming Dynasty to protect the ancient capital of China. Afterward, enjoy a tea ceremony at a tea house before returning to the hotel.
