Excellent service. Great way for families to see Mutianyu. - Our driver 龍 was very experienced and very patient with us. He knew exactly where to go and what tickets to buy. It really took the stress off taking young kids (including a 4yo) to see Mutianyu and Summer Palace. Highly recommend for anyone with kids as it minimised travelling time and helped us cover a lot more than we would otherwise would have by ourselves. Communication before the trip was also clear and easy.

Professional car service at good price - I had a car with driver taking my family of five to the Great Wall and Summer Palace today. I highly recommend Benny’s driver service for the following reasons -
1. The driver arrived earlier than the agreed time and the car was in great condition - new, clean and spacious to accommodate the five of us. The charges were clearly laid out when we booked and the pricing was very reasonable for a full day of outing. I think it’s even cheaper than booking DiDi rides.
2. The driver drove “well” - not aggressive and the ride was smooth.
3. He also helped us get tickets at both places which saved us a lot of hassle.

Great stop in the journey - Excellent service.I can recommend to everyone having a stop in a journey in Beijing. We were picked up in the airport, went to Great Wall, latter to Summer Gardens and next we were on time for our train to Najing.

An excellent day out. Mutianyu - Our day out to Mutianyu Great Wall and the Summer Palace with Ding, our English speaking driver, was a great experience. Ding arrived early at our hotel. He is an excellent driver and took care of us all day, giving us great advice, buying our tickets and ensuring that our entry went smoothly and even helping us order our lunch. At no time were we rushed and we were happy that we were able to thoroughly enjoy our time at both venues.
I would definitely recommend this company. The communication at all times was excellent as was the service deliver.

it was very interesting - The driver was waiting for us at the airport, giving us a moment to catch our breath after the flight. We were traveling with a 2-year-old, and he was very understanding throughout the entire trip. He explained everything at every step and took good care of us. Afterward, he drove us back to the airport.

Great service for local ground arrangement - Made the right decision to secure the services of Benny’s tour for our family of 6A1C. Fr the start on, they were prompt and clear in their communication
Pickup arrived earlier than appointed time and driver was very patient as we were running late
He arranged the tickets for us and walked us to the shuttle service at
Mutianyu . Brought us to a reasonable priced restaurant for lunch
Careful driver And professional in his role as guide , taking great care to make our day a great one

Private driver - We used this service when we had long transit waiting and we strongly recommend it. Very easy communication and a well organised trip. Allowed for flexibility as well as having as much time we wanted at places we have visited. Would definitely use the service again if I’m in the area
