high 5 - The gentleman picked us up from the airport and drove us wherever we wanted. He also took us to a delicious restaurant where we could enjoy delicious food. My trip was very positive and a real hit. Thank you very much, and we highly recommend it!

Good professional trip to Great Wall and Summer Palace - This driver service made our visit to the Mutianyu Great Wall straightforward and stress-free from start to finish. The biggest advantage was how smoothly everything was organised. All tickets were arranged in advance, including entry and transport logistics, so there was no queuing, confusion, or need to work anything out on the spot. It made the day feel calm and well paced rather than hectic.
The driver was particularly good. He was friendly, polite, and quietly attentive without being intrusive. He helped us in and out of the vehicle when needed, made sure timings were clear, and was always exactly where he said he would be. The car was large and comfortable, and the journey itself felt relaxed rather than rushed.
Overall, it was a very well-run service that removed all the usual friction from a popular destination. The cost was very reasonable, I think. If you want to enjoy Mutianyu without hassle, this is a reliable and professional option.

Amazing experience and super convenient! - Amazing experience! Super convenient with pickup and drop off directly at my hotel in a comfortable van. Everything (tickets etc) was included.
Mutianyu / Great wall was the highlight for us, we had plenty of free time to explore the wall and get toboggan back down. Highly recommend if you are staying in Beijing and want to visit the Great Wall of China or Summer Palace.

Excellent service. Great way for families to see Mutianyu. - Our driver 龍 was very experienced and very patient with us. He knew exactly where to go and what tickets to buy. It really took the stress off taking young kids (including a 4yo) to see Mutianyu and Summer Palace. Highly recommend for anyone with kids as it minimised travelling time and helped us cover a lot more than we would otherwise would have by ourselves. Communication before the trip was also clear and easy.

Professional car service at good price - I had a car with driver taking my family of five to the Great Wall and Summer Palace today. I highly recommend Benny’s driver service for the following reasons -
1. The driver arrived earlier than the agreed time and the car was in great condition - new, clean and spacious to accommodate the five of us. The charges were clearly laid out when we booked and the pricing was very reasonable for a full day of outing. I think it’s even cheaper than booking DiDi rides.
2. The driver drove “well” - not aggressive and the ride was smooth.
3. He also helped us get tickets at both places which saved us a lot of hassle.
