• Tiananmen Square (Tiananmen Guangchang) - An accredited guide will meet guests in the hotel lobby and accompany them by subway to the renowned Tiananmen Square. Visitors will experience the largest city center square in the world. At the square, they can explore Chairman Mao’s Mausoleum, where his body is preserved, The Great Hall of the People, The National Museum, and The Monument to the People’s Heroes. The guide will provide detailed explanations of these sites.

  Please note: Tiananmen Square requires advance booking. To enter both the Square and the Palace Museum (Forbidden City), reservations must be made by 7:30 pm (Beijing Time) the day before. Later bookings are valid for the Forbidden City only.

• Forbidden City-The Palace Museum - The Forbidden City served as the imperial palace for the Ming and Qing Dynasties and was initially constructed in 1420 during the Ming Dynasty. It is the largest and best-preserved palace complex remaining in the world today. A total of 24 emperors resided and conducted state affairs in the Forbidden City. (Notice: Please book one week in advance. The Forbidden City has a limited number of tickets available each day, which may sell out quickly.)
