Tiananmen Square (Tiananmen Guangchang) - At Tiananmen Square, visitors can capture stunning photos of the Tiananmen Tower, Monument to the People’s Heroes, and the Memorial Hall of Chairman Mao. Located in the heart of Beijing City, Tiananmen Square has been the site of numerous historical events and gatherings over the centuries. Today, it hosts grand celebrations, military parades, and welcoming ceremonies for foreign dignitaries. Visitors can also admire the towering Monument to the People’s Heroes and the solemn Memorial Hall of Chairman Mao. Traditional structures like the Tiananmen Tower, Zhengyang Gate, and Qianmen Arrow Tower are also present.
Forbidden City-The Palace Museum - Next, guests will cross the Tiananmen Tower to explore the Forbidden City, where 24 emperors of the Ming and Qing dynasties (1368 - 1911) resided and managed national affairs. As the imperial palace during these dynasties, the Forbidden City is the largest and best-preserved ancient wooden complex globally. The palace is divided into the Inner Court and Outer Court by the Palace of Heavenly Purity, with the Outer Court for state affairs and the Inner Court as the imperial family’s residence. The complex is also a vast museum, showcasing over one million national treasures.
Mutianyu Great Wall - Upon reaching the scenic area’s parking lot, guests will take an electric car to the entrance, followed by a chairlift to the 14th watchtower. They can enjoy a leisurely hike on the wall for about 2 hours, concluding with a toboggan ride down. The Great Wall at Mutianyu, built and restored in the early Ming Dynasty (1368 - 1644), is one of the most renowned sections. Mutianyu is celebrated for its unique charm among the Great Walls. Visitors can explore the ancient structure and learn about its history and significance. The professional guide will answer questions and share exclusive stories and facts about the Mutianyu Great Wall.
Beijing - Finally, guests will be escorted back to their Beijing hotel.

Temple of Heaven - The first stop is the Temple of Heaven, the largest royal ceremonial building complex in China. Historically, emperors conducted annual sacrificial ceremonies here to worship heaven and pray for a good harvest. Today, it is a large park where visitors can observe locals engaging in exercises and other recreational activities.
Back Lakes (Hou Hai) - The tour continues with a visit to Beijing Hutong, where guests will take a rickshaw ride through the old alleys and visit a Hutong family to experience traditional Beijing life. The area is home to many popular restaurants, cafes, and local food stores, offering a great opportunity to sample local cuisine. The guide will provide recommendations. After lunch, guests can stroll around Houhai Lake and further explore the Hutong area.
Lama Temple (Yonghegong) - After visiting the Hutong, guests will be driven to the Lama Temple, the largest Buddhist temple in Beijing. It showcases various architectural styles from different groups, including Han, Manchu, Mongol, and Tibet. Open to tourists since 1981, the temple attracts hundreds of thousands of visitors annually for prayer and sightseeing.
Summer Palace (Yiheyuan) - A 30-minute drive will take guests to the Summer Palace, known as the museum of ancient royal gardens. The expert guide will lead the tour. The garden primarily consists of Longevity Hill and Kunming Lake. The Long Corridor, 728 meters (796.2 yards) long, is the longest corridor in Chinese gardens. It connects Longevity Hill with Kunming Lake, beginning at the Yaoyue (Inviting-Moon) Gate and ending at Shizhang Pavilion. Visitors can admire the exquisite murals and enjoy melodious music while walking along.

Beijing Capital International Airport - Today, there are no scheduled activities, as guests will take a flight to Lhasa. They may take the CA3922 flight from 14:55 to 19:10, which lasts around 4 hours.
Lhasa Gonggar Airport - Upon arrival in Lhasa, guests will be promptly picked up and transferred to their hotel. The guide will assist with check-in, and guests can acclimate to the high altitude at the hotel.

Potala Palace - The morning features an impressive excursion to the magnificent Potala Palace. Originally constructed in the 7th century as an imperial palace, the Potala Palace underwent a 600-year period of instability until its reconstruction in the 17th century. Since then, it has served as the political, religious, cultural, and economic center of Tibet. It is now the largest treasure house in this mystical land, a 13-story building with over 1,000 rooms, various statues, stupas, murals, and artifacts, attracting numerous travelers and pilgrims daily.
Jokhang Temple - After lunch, guests will visit the Jokhang Temple, located in the city center. Built in the 7th century during the Tubo Kingdom’s peak, this temple is the finest architectural blend of Tibet, Han, Nepal, and India. It is also a sacred Buddhist temple housing the rare life-size statue of Sakyamuni at age twelve.
Barkhor Street - Adjacent to the temple is Barkhor Street, bustling with pilgrims and street vendors selling traditional Tibetan items like prayer wheels and jewelry.
Lhasa - At the end of the day, guests will be escorted to their hotel.

Drepung Monastery (Zhebang Si) - After breakfast, guests will visit the Drepung Monastery, located in the city’s western suburb. It is one of the ‘Three Great Monasteries’ and the largest in Tibetan Buddhism. From a distance, the monastery resembles a heap of rice, composed of a cluster of white buildings layered together.
Sera Monastery - In the afternoon, guests will visit the Sera Monastery, the second-largest monastery in Tibet, renowned for the excellent debating of Buddhist doctrines among lamas.
Norbulingka (Precious Stone Garden) - Following that, guests will visit the nearby Norbulingka Park, the most beautiful and largest man-made park in Tibet. This park, built over 200 years ago, served as the Summer Palace for the region’s religious leaders.
Lhasa - At the end of the day, guests will be escorted to their hotel.
Lhasa - Gyantse - Shigatse (370KM). O/N Shigatse.
Lhasa - After breakfast, the guide and driver will meet guests at the hotel lobby, and they will proceed to Shigatse, the second-largest city in Tibet.

Everest Base Camp - Rongbuk Monastery - Shigatse (340KM). O/N Shigatse.
Rongbuk Monastery - In the morning, guests can witness the sunrise over Everest Peak, weather permitting, from the lodging area. They will then visit the Rongbuk Monastery, situated at an altitude of 5,000 meters (16,400 feet) at the base of Mt. Everest. It is the highest monastery where nuns and monks live together. Finally, guests will be driven back to Shigatse.

Tashilunpo Monastery - Today, guests will explore the Tashilunpo Monastery of the Gelug Sect, the seat of the Panchen Lama, established in 1447. The monastery houses a giant statue of the Maitreya Buddha, the largest gilded statue of Maitreya (Buddha of the future) in the world, and a tomb of all the Panchen Lamas, adorned with jewels and gold. In the afternoon, guests will drive back to Lhasa, a journey of approximately 6 hours.
