Mutianyu features 23 closely spaced watchtowers along its 2,250-meter expanse. You can hike, take the cable car, or enjoy the exciting toboggan ride (entrance tickets and activities are not included but can be purchased on-site; your driver or guide will provide useful advice). With the driver-only package, your driver will wait in the parking area while you explore at your leisure.

After exploring Mutianyu, the tour continues to the Huanghuacheng Great Wall—a serene, less-traveled treasure with steep, rolling sections, reservoir views, and peaceful countryside landscapes, away from the crowds of more popular areas. If you have booked a guide, they will lead your hike and share local tales; with the driver-only package, you can independently explore the tranquil paths.
