VISITING MUTIANYU GREAT WALL OF CHINA - Amazing Day at the Great Wall with Benny’s Tour & Driver Jack!
I had an incredible experience with Benny’s Service during my visit to the Mutianyu section of the Great Wall of China. From start to finish, everything was smooth, professional, and very well organized.
Special thanks to our driver, Jack, who was not only punctual and polite but also very friendly and knowledgeable. He spoke good English, gave us useful tips, and made the whole ride comfortable and enjoyable. The car was clean, air-conditioned, and stocked with water, which was much appreciated on a hot day.
Jack made sure we got our tickets and gave clear directions on how to take the cable car up and ride the toboggan down — which was so much fun! He even offered to take our photos and shared some local insights along the way.
If you’re planning to visit the Great Wall, I highly recommend booking with Benny’s Tour Service and asking for Jack as your driver. It made my trip stress-free and truly memorable!

Perfect tour - The tour was perfect with Jack walking us to the entrances DE the different attractions POR case there was a problem and adjusted the itinerary to find as few people as possible

The very friendly driver, offered us fruits and water. The views from the wall fantastic. - It was great to be able to go to the great wall first thing. It is very comfortable to be picked up from the hotel for the excursion and returned without the worries of being looking for public transport.

Reliable and professional service - We hired a driver for the day from Benny as we had already bought tickets online for the chairlift and tobaggan at Mutianyu. Jacob arrived early to pick us up and on checking the tickets pointed out that we would need to queue for the shuttle bus. He was able to exchange them for ones where he could drive us directly to the top level car park for no extra charge, saving us a long wait and a lot of extra walking. On getting to Mutianyu the queues for the chairlift were enormous and again Jacob was able to exchange them for cable car tickets with a much shorter queue on the spot. We had a great time at the Wall - it was a hot July day with a lot of crowds so we hiked up the Hero Slope to tower 23 and then came back which took about 3.5hrs. Without all these shortcuts we would definitely have been queuing for well over 2hours. Jacob was ready with AC in the car and drove us back to our hotel. We stopped at a jade factory and had a short tea ceremony - these were suggested stops and there was no pressure at all to do them or buy anything. Although Jacob didn’t speak much English and I didn’t speak much Mandarin we were able to have some fun conversation using a translation app so the journey there and back wasn’t too tedious. Communications with Benny were great, definitely recommend this trustworthy company.

Recommended 200%! - I highly recommend this agency to have a nice trip to Mutyaniu Great Wall of China! The journey was excellent and the communication was very smooth!
