Great Wall Trip - Amazing visit to the Great wall. Everything was well organised and made the day really easy to enjoy.
The drive was enjoyable and comfortable, the driver master Duan was punctual, professional, and very easy to communicate with. Really appreciated his help throughout the day. Highly recommend!

Alone on the Great Wall - Fantastic driver and service! Slightly cold in February, but sunny. And no tourists around. We were alone… alone! Incredible experience

China Great Wall with a difference - Had a great trip today with our tour Guide Shannon. Love the wall along the great wall, amazing to walk over the glass path with the old wall underneath. Finish the day with a Water ride down on the raft.

Great trip, great service - Driver was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Arrived early for pick up and was happy to drop me back in town for lunch beyond my hotel. Was able to chit chat as I can speak Mandarin. But still, he made effort to text in English wehn picking me up again from the great wall despite not being conversant.
This section of the great wall is especially quiet and is good for those that wants to avoid the crazy crowds at the other more popular sites.

Recommended - Good communication and prompt pick up in the morning.
We left at 6:00am and arrived at 7:30am. The area does not open until 8:30am so you might be able to be picked up later. It wasn’t a big problem as I had breakfast there while waiting which was good.
I have been to Great Wall before do chose this as an alternative. It is excellent and very beautiful. Good for children as well as lots of fun activities.

Perfect service! - Everything was perfect - the communication in English via WhatsApp was very convenient, flexible and friendly. The driver was super friendly and came on time. After our trip he brought us fresh fruit and water and offered us to go to a restaurant. We would definitely come again, highly recommended.

Reliable and very friendly service - Immediately after booking, we were contacted. I found that very pleasant, as details could still be clarified. The driver arrived on time, the car was spacious and comfortable. 2 bottles of water and fruit were ready for us. Our driver was very nice, on site he took care of tickets for the Great Wall of China that were not included. We could spend our day individually at the wall. 10 min before we wanted to be picked up, we sent the driver a message. He picked us up reliably. On the way back he helped us find another bank so we could change money. That was very helpful for us.
We can highly recommend the provider. The friendliness of the driver made the ride very pleasant and everything worked wonderfully. We are happy to book again.

Lakeside Great Wall layover tour - As our 1st layover tour was good, we decided to reserve another one for our next longer layover with Benji's team. The 2nd one was again very good: good service, reliable driver and good quality car. The driver could manage our change request in time.

Not the experience we booked - We booked the Huanghuacheng Lakeside Great Wall tour, but did not go there because the driver insisted we should go to the Mutianyu section. He spent 15-20 minutes persuading us to go there instead of the lake section which was further away. We were disappointed that we didn't receive the experience we booked, although we had a fantastic time at the wall. We wished the provider had talked to us about changing the location prior to the start of the tour.
