The guide will lead a morning walk around this city square, allowing guests to capture distant view photos of the stunning landmark buildings such as the Monument to the People’s Heroes, the Great Hall of the People, and the Memorial Hall of Chairman Mao.

• Forbidden City-The Palace Museum - Passing through the Gate of Heavenly Peace, adorned with Chairman Mao’s portrait, guests will reach the morning’s highlight - the 600-year-old Forbidden City. This is the largest and most well-preserved imperial palace complex of the Ming and Qing Dynasties (1368 - 1911 AD). The magnificent Forbidden City boasts 9,999 rooms! • Mutianyu Great Wall - After a 1.5-hour drive, guests will arrive at the Mutianyu Great Wall, the best-preserved and most popular section in Beijing. Upon arrival, they will enjoy a buffet lunch featuring authentic Chinese dishes and soft drinks.

The itinerary designer wisely chose the afternoon for visiting the Wall to avoid crowds, providing at least 2.5 hours to explore and take beautiful photos. The round-trip cable car fare at the wall is included in the tour price. After the tour, guests will be transported back to their hotel in Beijing.
