Everything perfect - Fast and easy way to get the tickets, got the QR-Code and could scan it at the entrance. No complains

Interesting - This is an enormous park which is well worth a visit. The actual palace was destroyed by the British but the ruins are impressive. We had to show our passport to gain entrance but it wasn't scanned so honestly I don't know if I had a ticket or not. It isn't very well signposted for people who don't speak Chinese so I suggest downloading a map on your mobile

Ticket on site is not accurate to the attraction requirements for senior tickets. - I purchased the senior ticket on the site because it was listed on the website as needing a ticket for seniors. When I got to the attraction we found out that seniors were free to enter. Secondly, the e-ticket voucher/QR code did not come up when I went to retrieve it. It did not work for the other 2 friends on their devices as well. So when we tried to cancel the ticket on line before we checked into the attraction, it would not let us cancel the purchase. We tried to contact Trip.com to tell them they should not have sold this type of ticket online, but did not get a response back even after we communicated with the online chat and follow through to tell of the mistake on the ticketing side.
