- Beijing - Begin your day with a morning pickup from your centrally located hotel lobby. - Olympic Park - Next, proceed to Olympic Park to see the Bird’s Nest and Water Cube. Walk around the stadiums to capture some photos. Entry inside is available at your own expense.
- Lama Temple (Yonghegong) - Continue your journey to Lama Temple, the largest lamasery in Beijing, built in 1694. It features five halls along a central axis and three Memorial Archways. The Hall of Harmony and Peace is the temple’s main building, housing the world’s largest single wood Buddha statue. It attracts both local Buddhists and travelers alike.
- Hutong Tour - Afterwards, enjoy a rickshaw ride through the hutongs. As you navigate the ancient alleys, your guide will highlight numerous traditional-style gates and shops. Upon arrival at a local family’s home, savor a local lunch in the Hutong home.

Jingshan Park (Jingshan Gongyuan) - Finally, climb Jingshan Park Hill, the best spot for a panoramic view of Beijing’s downtown and the Forbidden City. Originally a manmade hill to protect the Forbidden City, it is now a public park where people exercise.

Highly recommended - As yesterday, today we had Sunny Ling as our tour guide who explained to us masterfully everything related to our visits to see the Pandas in the zoo, summer palace, Lama temple and temple of heaven; we are very grateful for his dedication and excellent treatment; we highly recommend this tour and this tour guide

Fun day exploring Beijing - We had a lovely day exploring Beijing with Lucy. Lucy was very kind and spoke great English. She was very knowledgeable around all of the aspects we covered. We were lucky to see the Pandas awake and active. My only disappointment was we had to skip the lunch with a local family on the Hutongs but the rickshaw ride was fun

Nancy’s Day Tour! - Nancy Cao was our guide… she was VERY funny and knowledgeable about all the places she brought us. We particularly loved the lunch items she chose at the family restaurant! The pandas were sooooo cute! Despite the crowds and the rain, she made it fun and we learned quite a bit. We would highly recommend Nancy for this tour.

Lovely day out in Beijing - I had a lovely day exploring Beijing with Linda. Visiting the pandas was a highlight and Linda made sure we arrived early to see them when they were active. There was no problem accommodating my dietary requirements. Our driver Fang was excellent in navigating the city.

Don’t miss this tour!!! - What a great day!! Lucy, our amazing tour guide, did an excellent job navigating us around and explaining the history of each area.
I felt like this tour had a real local vibe. We ate delicious food at a local restaurant and visited a local family in the Hutong area.
While most tours concentrated on the area’s history, this tour was fun and a more relaxed pace.
If you want to feel like a local, take Lucy’s tour!!

A wonderful local day - This is a wonderful tour to take when you want to see more of the beautiful local areas. The pandas were so fun to watch. The market place is an amazing area not to miss. You won’t be disappointed. It’s a must see. Lunch was also very delicious, at a local restaurant. Visiting a local family home was such a nice experience. Plus it satisfied our courtesy about what a home looked like inside, in the market area. Lucy our tour guide was very professional, informative and very flexible with our itinerary. She is so pleasant and helpful. You need to take this tour and ask for Lucy.

Great Day Out in Beijing - Had a great day out with my guide Jeffrey. This is recommended for any one who loves to see Pandas in Beijing, spend time outdoor roaming in the Summer Palace and temple of haven and learn about culture and rich history.

Very poor due to the guide's lack of good english and carelessness of safety - This private review for one adult and two children was spoiled by having a guide with very poor english. Linda's pronunciation was awful and we could not understand what she was saying. She was also careless of our safety crossing busy roads. The content of our trip was perfunctory. We cut the trip short and asked to be returned to our hotel. Very poor value for money. A good guide can make a memorable trip. Unfortunately this trip was memorable for all the wrong reasons. Would not recommend.
