• Shilingxia Scenic Area - Your tour begins with pickup from your Beijing hotel around 8:00am and an around 2-hour drive to the Jingdong Stone Forest Gorge, otherwise known as the Shilinxia Scenic Area.

On arrival, set out on a short walk through the gorge, admiring the dramatic rocks and peach orchards, then climbing the ‘Heavenly Ladder’. Enjoy an even more impressive view as you ride the cable car to the top of the gorge, then step out onto the Shilinxia Glass Platform, the largest of its kind in the world. From the glass-floored observation deck, you’ll have a spectacular panoramic view of the gorge, the Jinhai Lake and Panshan Mountain in Tianjin.

• 798 Art Zone - After lunch in a nearby restaurant, drive back to Beijing to explore the atmospheric 798 Art District. Spend the afternoon browsing the many art studios, boutiques, and coffee shops, and admiring the many street art works and sculptures.
