Established in 1608, Bushmills Distillery offers a photo opportunity and a chance to purchase a bottle of its famous whiskey, along with a complimentary taste of its exclusive 12 malt, available only at Bushmills. Please note the distillery opens at 12 o’clock on Sundays. A distillery tour is available for £12 per person, but it may consume a significant portion of the tour time, only available for non-cruise ship passengers as the wait can be up to 45 minutes and the tour lasts 1 hour. -

Giant’s Causeway - Giants Causeway
The highlight of the tour, the Giants Causeway stones, consists of 30,000 interlocking basalt columns formed by an ancient volcanic eruption. Visitors can enter the visitor center for £12 per person or use the free public pathway.
A shuttle bus service is available for the 1km distance from the visitor center to the causeway, costing £2.

Carrick-a-Rede Rope Bridge - Carrick-a-rede Rope Bridge – Renly Camp & Euron Camp
Renly Baratheon’s camp and a Vanity Fair photo shoot location for Game of Thrones. It is also where Brienne of Tarth fought for the King’s Guard and where the shadow baby murders Renly. It is prominently featured in season 6.
The Carrick-a-rede rope bridge, used by fishermen for over 100 years to catch salmon and access the island, is not for the faint-hearted due to steep steps along the 1 km walk. The bridge is 20 meters long and 98 feet high, with a crossing fee of £9 per person.
Please note that on cruise ship days, the wait can exceed 1 hour and 30 minutes. A vantage point is recommended for capturing a beautiful photograph of the bridge.

The priority is to ensure a timely return to the ship for departure. Due to the relocation of the cruise ship dock to the opposite side of Belfast dock, the guide will monitor roadworks and rush hour traffic to try and include a Belfast sightseeing tour of the evolving city, if time permits.
