Excellent service - Great day out, our guide Gavin was excellent! Giants Causeway exceeded our expectations (Wonderful weather obviously made it even better) the whole day was very well organised, especially as we had to avoid a number of roads which are usually used as the golf tournament was on! This was well organised by Gavin & we did not miss any of the expected locations. Titanic Experience was also included in our day & was fantastic, in our opinion additional time there would have been better than the stop in Belfast city centre! Again please thank Gavin & the driver (whose name I have sadly forgotten) for a wonderful day, the trip certainly maximises the time ashore!

Beautiful sites! - Our tour guide was John and our driver was Jim. John did a great job explaining the history of Belfast as we traveled to the different areas. The Giants Causeway was a beautiful site. You definitely need to see how miraculous it looks.

Good tour structure with excellent guiding - Melvyn was a brilliant guide. A complex trip complicated by golf tournaments elsewhere, and guests arriving back 15 minutes late, he managed to get the most possible from our trip.

Great Tour! - Loved this tour. We had an amazing experience at the Giants causeway and the Titanic experience was amazing. We also had many photos stops and was able to see some of Belfast itself.

Worthwhile day. - It’s a long day but worth it to be able to do so much on the one day we had. Smaller bus is a good feature.

Great tour to get titanic museum and giants causeway done in 1 day - Fantastic full day tour of 2 great things to see whilst in Belfast. We were met at the Cruise port and everything ran like clockwork. The right amount of time at each stop (a bit longer at titanic would have been good but we made it work). Lovely mini tour of the city, explaining the history. Highly recommended

Great value - In port, you have to walk to the far right and look for the bus as the tour people don’t seem to be swarming with directional signs, like other ports. Our large bus took off on time. Embarked on a roughly 1.5 hour drive to the Causeway, with guide Peter narrating along the way. Interesting stories. Upon arrival, you can walk 15 minutes downhill, or take the bus for 1 pound—payable in cash or credit card. With only one bus, it was inefficient but that was not our tour’s problem. A good amount of time to explore and take pictures. Passed by many sites and stopped to take pictures at many. We had 1 hour 40 minutes at the Titanic museum and would have appreciated 2+ hours. It’s a moving, extremely well done museum. Peter added an extra stop where the ship went into dry dock just before its fated maiden voyage. A long, but very enjoyable day that offers great value.

The tour guide refused to... - The tour guide refused to include the Hedges although several people on the bus pointed out that it was included in the tour description.

Below Average - Most of this tour was travel time on the coach/bus. In my opinion the Giants Causeway isn’t worth it. The Titanic experience was excellent! I would suggest doing Titanic Experience and a city walking tour to take in the downtown atmosphere. I also recommend that the tour guides have someone at the terminal when we exit to direct you where to go. I was unsure, as I did not see a bus (with large lettering) with the tour name on it ; so even though I was there early my group was last on the bus and we didn’t all get to sit together.

Tourism not politics - Seeing the Titanic museum and Giant’s causeway are worth it, but not through this particular company. The guide, Justin, made racist and political jokes the whole way to the causeway. I would’ve liked to have heard more about the rich history of the area, any facts about the titanic and its connection to Belfast, or literally anything else over the derogatory comments about various identities. Very tasteless and presumptive to assume a bus consisting of 90% of Americans are Trump supporters. The guide specifically asked if there were Mexicans on the bus and made a joke about telling Chinese tourists that the water cleaning plant was a splash pad. Spend your money elsewhere and support a business with more tact.
