Stefan Dušan, king of Serbia (1331–46) and “Emperor of the Serbs, Greeks, and Albanians” (1346–55), the greatest ruler of medieval Serbia, - Belgrade - The Old Palace, the Royal Palace of the Obrenović dynasty of Serbia, presently housing the City Assembly of Belgrade, is situated at the corner of Kralja Milana and Dragoslava Jovanovića streets. It was built between 1882 and 1884, according to the design of Aleksandar Bugarski.
By its external architecture the building is one of the most beautiful achievements of academism in Serbia of the XIX century.

National Assembly building with the sculpture group “Play of the black horses” is one of the most beautiful buildings in the center of Belgrade. The construction lasted long, almost 30 years, mainly because of lack of finances and wars and even because of misunderstanding in society. - Terazije Fountain - The fountain was erected as a utilitarian and decorative object at Terazije in 1860.
- Prince Mihailo Monument - The monument was done by a world famous sculptor Enrico Pazzi, while the decorative reliefs of the monument were designed by Konstantin Jovanovic.
- Knez Mihailova - Knez Mihailova is a big pedestrian street located in the center of Belgrade, near to the Kalemegdan Fortress.
- Kalemegdan Park and Belgrade Fortress - The strategically convenient location of the ridge at the confluence of the Sava and the Danube, which dominates the surroundings and enables control over the plain from its north and west side, had been inhabited since prehistoric times.
- Clock Tower (Sahat Kula) - The building of the Clock Tower started under the Austrians, but finished under the Turkish rule, between 1740 to 1789.
- Monument of Gratitude to France - Monument of Gratitude to France is located just outside Kalemegdan Fortress as a symbol of friendship and cooperation between Serbia and France during the World War I.
- Place where The City Keys were handed over to The Serbs in 1867 - The Keys Handover Memorial in Belgrade, Serbia, marks the spot where on 6 April 1867, the town keys of the several Serbian fortresses were given to Prince Mihailo Obrenović by the Ottoman Turks. That moment was an important step towards Serbian international recognition at the Treaty of Berlin in 1878.

Excellent experience - I recently took a three-hour walking tour in Belgrade, and it was an incredibly enriching experience. Our guide, Aleksandar, was knowledgeable and engaging, sharing fascinating stories about the city's history and culture. We explored iconic landmarks, gaining insights into the city's strategic importance and cultural heritage. The tour was well-paced and allowed for plenty of questions, making it a perfect introduction to Belgrade's vibrant atmosphere. I highly recommend this tour for anyone looking to delve into the heart of Serbia's capital.

Great tour. Learned a ton... - Great tour. Learned a ton about the city. My 12 year old son had shorts on and make sure kids wear pants if they want to enter into the churches. Our guide shared his coat and that helped cover him up and let him see the church’s beauty.

highly recommended!! - Aleksandar is very kind, humble, and easy going. I enjoy the tour very much though there are sone changes to the plan. But i enjoy it a lot. it feels like going out with a friend. i would totally recommend anyone if they want to have a short tour around the city!

Great guide - We did a tour in Russian with Aleksander. It was AMAZING.
We spent four hours with Aleksander and learned much about Serbian history and Belgrade.
Aside from knowing everything about the city, he also recommended many activities and tours.

The excursion itself was... - The excursion itself was interesting and well-organized, but I’m very disappointed with the service. I purchased two tickets for my brother and mother-in-law as a part of her birthday gift. Since my mother-in-law does not speak English, I specifically chose this supplier because the listing stated the tour could be conducted in Russian, and I selected that language during the booking process.
To my surprise, the entire tour was held in English only, with no prior notice or warning. I understand that 3 out of 5 participants were English-speaking, but nobody informed us in advance or gave us the opportunity to cancel or prepare my mother-in-law for the language difference.
As a result, a part of her birthday experience was spoiled, and I’m extremely dissatisfied with how this was handled. A lack of communication like this is simply unacceptable.
