Altun Ha private tour - Jose was very knowledgeable and flexible. He customized our trip, accommodated extra stops and added to the fun of the trip. He even arranged for airport transportation the day after our tour.

Amazing Mayan City - Wonderful experience, Jose was very informative and the Mayan ruins/temple were beautiful. So much history! Great trip. Jose was there waiting for us as instructed.

10/10 will book them again. - Manuel was amazing, newer van smelled good very clean. Took care of us like we were his sisters. Provided water, great local lunch, and plenty of adventures. Awesome guide that knew all the history of the Ruins.

Belize Ruins - Our guide, José, owns the business and was very professional and responsive when I was communicating with him through Trip Advisor. It turned out that we were two couples instead of a private tour which was fine for us. The day went as planned and was very interesting 👍🏻

Very nice man - The city part of the tour was not much to see. The Mayan ruins were quite interesting and in very good shape with easy access. Jose did a good job of guiding through the facility. Decent lunch included.

Really Enjoyed It - Jose was our guide, a really nice guy. The tour was great for our family. He upsold us the visit the monkeys for $40 pp, but for the extra 1.5 hours of his time, driving and seeing howler monkeys up close it was worth it. We didn’t spend as long at the ruins as I would have liked but, we were getting hungry by that time anyway and we went to a local place for authentic Belizian lunch plate. It was delicious. Things to be aware of, Jose runs his business and is often of the phone. In the six hours we spent together there must have been 20 calls made and taken as he tries to navigate the tour and see who is working and what restaurants are open, managing other bookings etc. So be aware of that if you are expecting undivided attention. Also, the mini van has seen better days and my seat was broken which was minor inconvenience. We all really enjoyed our tour and time with Jose and he is super good with kids and he went out of his way to ensure we had the best priced tickets for the water taxi and stopped by a market so we could get some fruit.

The price is high. - The same bus tour from Local travel agent only charge $40 per person. Half price compare what we pay.

Jose's driver was sick.... - Jose's driver was sick. He got Nelson who is independent contractor. He was very nice talked about city and history. Coming back He was driving too fast as if he wanted to catch a plane. Didn't say anything and he Van was so old and doors were also broken At least we were expecting better vehicle.

OK visit - Communication was a bit challenging as the operator never responded to Viator messages. I found the number on Trip Advisor and was able to contact that way so crisis averted. We booked private yet had to share the vehicle with no price adjustment. The city portion of the tour was boring with nothing to see. The Mayan ruins were very nice and easy to walk around. Jose was a very nice driver/guide.

Believe City, Altun Han Mayan Ruins - Seeing the ruins was amazing however we booked a PRIVATE tour for 11 people and Jose add a group of 4 to our excursion. Jose’s van only held 15 passengers. With 15 customers plus Jose we did not have enough seats in the van for all of us. Completely inexcusable. My sister in law was kneeling on the floor the entire drive to the ruins and my niece sat on the floor on the way back. When we got to the ruins Jose said he would call for another car however he did not and again made us ride without seats for all paid passengers. It was miserable! I specifically booked a private tour knowing we had a larger group and for the tour guide to add a 2nd group without enough seats for everyone was absolutely unsafe and completely unprofessional. Definitely use a different company if you are booking any tours in Belize City.
