Guests are met at the port exit of Terminal One, with additional pickups available at hotels. Enjoy a leisurely drive through the city, experiencing the Belizean lifestyle as the guide shares historical and current events that have shaped Belize. Explore both old and new neighborhoods, churches, schools, and street vendors. Discover relics from British Honduras, including colonial mansions, mahogany chips, and old rum bottles. Midway through, there is an optional stop at a local supermarket where visitors can shop at the gift shop, deli for local snacks, beers, soft drinks, ice cream, Belize chocolate, coffee, and pharmacy items. The tour continues through city neighborhoods, showcasing fruit trees, flowering plants, orchids, birds, iguanas, and possibly a rare crocodile. The journey includes a stop at the rum factory for rum tasting, viewing old rum bottles from the pirate days, and antique distillery equipment, before returning to the port.
