Wonderful - We waited for awhile until we went out due to miscommunication about the time change however once we got on the boat it was amazing the crew was so welcoming and informative and wonderful to my disabled son it was heartwarming. They took care of everyone’s needs.

Wonderful experience with great people in a gorgeous country! - Absolutely loved this tour! Belize is gorgeous, and we got to see a lot of it on the boat ride! Mark our captain was the most skilled boat captain I've ever seen. I heard from some other people on our ship that had their tours cancelled for wind, but captain Mark sailed us right thru to caye caulker! On the way we saw dolphins swimming in the mangroves! Food and drinks were delicious at the restaurant. I loved that you could float up to a table IN THE WATER!! there were also swings in the water, a little slippery but so fun! Stacy was wonderful as well! She was so helpful with the snorkeling, and she even picked up a nurse shark for us to pet! They were so accommodating and friendly and made it a truly great experience. Snorkeling in the reef was amazing, and petting the sharks and stingrays was my favorite part. The water was more shallow and easier than wearing flippers. Then we got a bonus- headed over to the tarpons area and fed them by hand! They jump right out of the water! Overall just a wonderful day and wonderful experience with great people in a gorgeous country!

Good nice mix of activities - Waited a while (almost an hour) by side of road for others to join trip. But they nce we got going, the triphad fun activities. Snorkeling in a group was not very comfortable, but the coral was cool. Highlights were getting in with the sharks & stingrays and feeding the Tarpons

Good but could have been better. - The best part was the shark alley. It was just an amazing experience. The snorkeling was good ok. It was about 4+ hrs trip but only 30 minutes snorkeling at the Reef and 15 minutes at shark alley. 2 hrs boating back and forth. 1.5 hrs at Caye Caulker/Restaurant/bathroom place. We should have spend more times snorkeling and at the shark alley.

Super unorganized check in process - Check in is a disaster. They have many different excursions going and one table with a lady writing down names. No one knew what to do or if we were even in the right line. The guy that seemed to be trying to organize everything just kept saying “1 second” any time anyone asked him a question and then never came back to them. Once we got onto our tour boat, everything was fine. We were late leaving due to the ship’s tender process being terrible so we didn’t have a lot of time on the island but that’s not Splash Wave’s fault. We stopped at the Lazy Lizard before snorkeling and ordered food for after which worked out well. The food was ready to go when we got back so we didn’t have to rush too much to eat. The snorkeling was fine and the sharks/rays were amazing. We got back to port with about 30 minutes to spare before the last tender. The description does mention rum punch and fruit for a snack but that didn’t happen.

Nice Tour But did not get to walk around Cay Caulker - I went on this excursion. I really liked the snorkeling. They said that we would get to spend time to shop and explore Cay Caulker. They had us order our lunch before we snorkeled so it would be ready when we got back. When we got back for lunch it took 30 minutes to get the food we preordered because everyone from the boat was sitting in different areas. The waitstaff had problems finding out what food belongs to who. They said they would be back for our drink order but never came back so we had to eat with out anything to drink. The boat only gave us 45 minutes to eat. We didn't even get to explore Cay Caulker. That is the whole reason I booked the excursion I wanted to see the Island. The Captain was nice and did walk me over to a souvenir shop while his staff told me "No". I really appreciated that. The lunch should be buffet style so people can just grab and eat. They should also let you eat somewhere else if you don't want to eat at that restaurant. One crew member on the boat was constantly yelling at everyone to hurry up at each location. I just think everything was really rushed.

The coral is very... - The coral is very bleached and very few fish. It does not resemble the picture on the visitor site. The boat was extremely crowded. 40 people. The crew stood the whole time. They picked me up late and I almost missed the boat. I waited over an hour for the ride back to the hotel.

Shark but not everything included - They had us wait an hour to take us snorkeling- there were 8 folks in our group. It was unorganized and they finally found a boat for us. Was extremely small boat and bumpy ride. Snorkeling was great on boat ride back the boat broke down. We had to change boats in the Gulf. No rum punch was served- which was included. Not the best excursion. Things included weren't- disappointing. Although swimming with the sharks exhilarating.
