Spectacular!! - We went during the Scooter Rider Costa Blanca 2025 solidarity march to give visibility to Encephalomyelitis. From the first moment we know that they turned to the organization and collaboration in the event. Once we arrived it was all parking facilities, signs where we had food and so on. Attention and waiters of 10. Thank you so much to the team at Terra i Aqua Natura!!

Family day - Booked tickets (with Tui I resorted rep )booked for wrong date but it was easy sorted had photos taken (24euros for 29in photos and 2fridge magnets)we wonder round. looking at all the animals watching a great bird show with great information on all the birds there are disabled toilets around the park it was a great day out the only downside was that as a family that are gluten free there was nothing we could eat as the restaurant was closed we queued up to see if we could get something to eat at a takeaway van asked what we could eat being gluten free and was told a tuna sandwich or omelette (but my mum can’t eat tuna) as the server put the order in he was told the omelette could contain gluten was had nothing to eat

OK for a day out would I go again NO - Small zoo noting to special about it I was a hot day some animals look like they could do with some water. One poor monkey was banging his head off a steel fence felt very sorry for it 😢
Some staff could do with some manner training 🤔. Water Park was good fun 👍

Definitely ONLY for families with young children - Went to both parks today starting with terra natura, it isn't the greatest of zoos to be honest, and pretty awkward to navigate around with the building work going on and it is very badly sign posted.Aqua natura is a decent water park, it is definitely more for younger children, as I'd say there's only about 7 slides in all and that is it, no lazy river,no wave pool,no jacuzzi pools etc. There's a big lagoon style pool, and a big kiddies pool,on the plus side it is small which would suit families with younger children, not as much walking. There's sea lions but no actual show
Just photos and vip meets etc. The worst thing about the park is it is so badly sign posted it was difficult to even find the way out. All in all it was an OK day out as it worked out at €20 per person per park which wasn't bad. Probably wouldn't go back and would only recommend for families with young children.

Yeah....... - Unmissable visit.....
Yeah...
Really had the Impression that the zoo was poorly maintained....
I'll let you judge for yourself.
We took a ticket to both parks....
If this is the case remember to take your towels because you access from one park to another without leaving...
For the water park everything is done to pay ... repay and repay.... 5 euros here .... 5 euros this way....
Brief to do but don't expect the super two parks you could imagine....

Increase in the price of the annual pass! - I've been buying the annual pass year after year since my oldest daughter was 2 years old. She's 10 now. That's 8 years in a row buying it. This year I had to give up. Year after year there have been price increases in the annual pass, but this year is crazy, 25€ more than the previous year per person, we are 4, therefore 100€ more than the previous year. First of all it is not justifiable, year after year to raise the price and less by a percentage of 31.25% of last year to this, it is really crazy! To all this, not that the facilities have improved, but on the contrary, the area of Europe already ceased to exist almost 2 years by the construction of another hotel on the same site where Terra Natura is located, therefore, you have less things to see. Too bad, my daughters are sad because I've already told them that this year we can't take the pass. To the Terra Natura management I appeal to them to study and rethink it, all they will do is close the park. The ones who really maintain the park are the "locals." An Englishman, German or Russian does not come in October, November, December, January, etc. to see animals, or to eat in the restaurants of the park, nor has he bought a stuffed animal, T-shirt or book. That said, think about the consequences of these prices.

Rude staff - They don’t tell you about aqua park closing times and they shut certain slides early too. They told my son he wasn’t aloud to go on the slides with an adult after he has already been on the slides multiple times. We got rushed off the water park when we were trying to get dried and dressed because they wanted to finish work. Zoo was decent.
