Great tour and fun with family! - The day at the falls and Guadalest were awesome. We are a family of 6 and enjoyed the views, our tour guide and Guadalest town.

Everything about this... - Everything about this tour was awesome. We were three minutes late because getting an Uber in Benidorm is a total nightmare, but our guide called us on my UK number to check in and said they were waiting for us. She was super nice and really knowledgable, sharing info about the places we were driving past. The tour was just the right length—not too long, not too short. After showing us around the villages, we got to explore on our own at our own pace, which was amazing because we could really take in the views and see the waterfalls. I wish I remembered the lady’s name so I could recommend her as the best guide if that’s even a thing. Definitely suggest this tour. It's such a cool way to enjoy nature’s beauty—something I don't get to experience in the grey city of Aberdeen, Scotland.

Well Organized and Fun! - This was a great excursion. It was well organized with the right amount of group time and free time to explore on our own. Be sure to bring water shoes - the pool at the falls has a rocky bottom!

Book Book Book This Trip - The beautiful tour guide Raquel was so warm and friendly right from the very start, She spoke to us about spain and beautiful places to visit, lots of interesting facts about what we was going to see and experience on our tour today, The mountains and views and greenery all around was beautiful to see, Guadalest is worth visiting, the castle is worth walking around, it was only 4 euros, theres a wonderful shop that sells lladro, ive never seen so many beautiful pieces in one place, There are lots of cafes, restaurants and gift shops. The Algar Waterfall was lovely to see, but dont rush around it as its a one way system, you cant go back to take photos, The driver Pierre sure knows how to drive, as he had to reverse the bus going to our first port of call, the road was closed due to a car rally which wasnt well sign posted in advanced, felt very safe in hes hands today. Thank you so much to the beautiful happy cheery smiley Raquel and to Pierre for the safe driving today, i had a lovely day out.

A very nice day trip from Alicante area - Guadalest is a very nice small village where it's recommended (but not included) to go up the castle, with exciting views of the area (first you pass through a house museum). The Algar Falls park (fee included) has only one really large fall (at the entrance), and you can go up the valley, where smaller falls and pools change for an exciting bathing/swimming experience (but you'd like to stay longer than the tour guide will wait for you). Be aware that toward the back end the walkway gets much harder (you have to cling to trees and step over bare stones), and the ravine gets easily flooded (you have creeks flowing in from the steep walls). So if you intend to make it to the back end and return dry, you need solid trekking shoes and/or a bit of wild-hiking skills.

A good day out. ... - A good day out. Tour guide very knowledgeable and enthusiastic Enough time spent at both locations The trip does take you up and down windy mountain roads. My only negative comment is the meeting location was not very clear. 8 of us stood on the street hoping we were in the correct place.

Recieved wrong address for meeting point - Unfortunately we recieved the wrong address for the meeting point, so we missed the bus. We tried calling the trip provider many times, but they did not answer. We called customer support at Viator and they were very professional and tried to help, but they did not manage to contact the trip provider either. We managed to rebook for the next day, but only got a partial refund for the day we missed because of the wrong adress, and the refund was very small. The trip itself the next day was very nice, so I can recommend booking - but please, make sure to get in contact with the trip provider before, to make sure you have gotten the correct info.
